hello, im from venezuela, start with bitcoin after lot of contribution on the folding@home project and got suck up the bitcoin system, i make a lot of investment on hardware but the exchange control on my country is a nightmare and a bless at the same time xD Anyways just saying hi cya.

Hi! I'm a 21 yo computer geek from Egypt. I did a quick search and it seems I'm the first Egyptian here ! (I'd be happy to be proven wrong, though ) The thing that first got me interested in Bitcoin was mining. I did the math and decided to buy a new video card. Right now I'm also interested in the economical aspects/advantages of bitcoin as a currency. I place a high value on free exchange and I really like how easy it is to transfer money from one person to another even in small amounts. Hey everybody,
I'm just some guy from Iowa, in the United States. I've traded a few things for bitcoins on other sites, it seems like an interesting experiment. Dealing with the big credit card companies at my job, I'm always interested in checking out what alternatives are available. I haven't really figured out what to do with bitcointalk yet, though I've had an account for a while.
