Thanks for your input. I always heard that P106 hashrate is similar to gtx 1060, but the advantage is much saving in power consumption. Seems like it is true with your report.

hey guys... how many of us lose time benchmarking the 1060 cards trying to get the best result on many programs? i lost so many nights with ethminer ccminer claymore megaminer and all miner existing for try the best result. what i want tell you all that own 1060 or nvidia cards is why we dont create a thread updating day by day the result of our benchmark? so we will save time for us and FAMILY for example on the first post of the thread could be the list of coins to mine with ours cards and the result 1060 3gb (samsung memory) algho: skunk miner: ccminer (version of best ccminer) setting for best performance: msi afterburners tdp 100% + 145 core memory has no effect on it hashrate getting: 18mh 1060 3gb algho: ethash miner: claymore - ethminer setting: msi afgerburners tdp 55% + memory 730 + 100 core hashrate getting: 24.5/25 mh with claymore (9. and the same with ethminer (1060mod) 1080ti: skunk etc... etc..... its a bad idea? could be great i mined some elementrum coin we can add all new coins we discover putting name of miner and setting. we could save a lots of time

Why doesn't someone just create a google sheet that everyone can look at without having to read through all the pages? There's also this page that can be added to: http://62.212.74.86/~mining/list/There can't be that many 1060 cards out there that we need another 28 pages of replies on how many hashes people get. Just a thought. -Fuse

This is not a good idea as thread starter must update it regularly. Google spreadsheet should be a good choose.

I have just released a new Monero miner. Profitable on on the gtx 1060 (3gb) Preresults: gpu 0: Gigabyte g1 gaming (micron memory) gpu 3: Inno3d 1070 (samsung memory) gpu 4: Gainward 1060 3gb (samsung memory) I have also tested on the 980ti (g1 gaming) and get around 700h/s With max oc I get 814H/s with samsung memory cards (gtx 1070). With the sp-mod, monero is more profitable than zcash and ethereum

Increase in the core speed doesn't have much effect in xmr mining.
