I would love to be whitelisted!

My name is Peter, and I'm a longtime lurker here as well as a Bitcoin enthusiast. I really want to post some questions that I have in a few forum sections, and would prefer to not be whitelisted. I have mining experience but I stopped when the profitability of mining began to decline for me.

I have an account at bitcoin.cz and my pool (Slush's Pool) has a Huge thread here. I need to ask someone in that thread that is in Slush's Pool how to get my GUIMiner password again. Please 'Whitelist' me so i can ask on there. I posted a thread asking in the newbies, but i doubt a member of Slush's Pool will see it. Please 'Whitelist' me moderator.

I was looking on Google for someone selling Sonic Generations for Bitcoin, and I found a thread on this forum (specifically https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=106491.0), but I can't PM them because I'm still a "newbie". I know about Bitcoin, I found out about it months ago (Late 2011) and made an account here at some point since then, but never used it. I mine Bitcoins with deepbit, I have my Bitcoin client set up and I know the basics of how to use Bitcoin (creating addresses, sending money, receiving money). I mainly want to access the rest of the forum so that I can buy things in the marketplace. I don't have much in the way of "proof", but if you were to Google my username then you would see that I've been a member of many communities and while I'm usually not particularly active, I'm a legitimate user.

I would like to get out of here as well.

If you want proof of who I am, you are more than welcome to google my screenname.  You will notice that at my home forum, I am a high level moderator there.  No, I am not here to spam my home forum here, I am here because I would like access to the marketplace.  I saw a seller (via google) selling Borderlands 2 for BTC.  I have some BTC I've been building up, and I would like the chance to use it.  I tried to withdraw it via another website that I was shown to use, and put it as cash into my bank, but that other site...well, the 20+ different forms of ID they require is silly.  So I figured I'd try to find another way to make use of my BTC instead of cashing it in.

Thank you for the chance,
~pio

Welcome, can you make a post or new thread there? With "Bitcoin FTW" in it for example http://www.overclock.net/

Hi! Still waiting to be whitelisted.  I would like to sell products and services to the bitcoin community and this is the most popular forum to do that on.  I've also been logged in for way more than 4 hours but, my time is not being accounted for properly.

Thanks!

If you have a need to be allowed into the forum beyond before you have completed the required 5 posts and 4 hours logged in, please post your request here. You must provide evidence that shows that you either understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie, or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum. Reasons such as "I'm not a spammer" will be ignored. Try to be as specific as possible.

If you learned of Bitcoin through a currently established member of this forum who feels that you are ready to be released to the rest of the forum or who is willing to mentor you, or if you want to make a new account that is separate from your already-existing established forum account, have the existing user/account vouch for you after you have made your request.

If you are asking to be whitelisted because you are having a problem with something, we generally look more favorably on people who have already attempted to solve their issue in the Newbie board. Even if you end up not qualifying for preemptive whitelisting, your post might still qualify for being moved to another board if you have received insufficient help after a few hours.

Please note: If you see "Jr. Member" by your name, you have already met the 5 posts and 4 hour requirements and don't need to post here. Additionally, after you meet the requirements, it can take up to 10 minutes for your account to be automatically upgraded.

Hi, I need in.. Pls

As a member for months, that mines at 5Ghz, it's amazing to me that my request to be whitelisted has been ignored. I have over 10 posts and over 4 hours logged. Why am I forever trapped in this piece of shit prison?!?! Get me the hell out of here please.

I would also like to get out of Newbie prison as I have commercial interests in using bitcoin.
May I ask what mining hardware you use and what returns you are getting at this moment?

Regards
