I need out of here. I'm just ready to grow up now.  I wanna be a fireman, or a Forex Bitcoin trader, or maybe a lawyur (liar sp?).

Please help me to grow up.

Thank you! (they done it already)

Can I please be white listed? I don't have any specific questions to ask; I have my system up and running pretty consistently now. I'd just like to take part in active discussion.

Thanks

I've been lurking on this forum for a while, have recently started using the bitparking market, and would like to respond to the thread:

My excuse? I'm a journalist (hence the "scoop" nickname) and I want to ask one of the members of this forum for an interview. (admin: send me a private message, if you need to know who.)

I'm generally not a very active forum poster, but I wrote a command-line frontend to Mt. Gox and was hoping to make a thread in Project Development just in case someone else might find it useful. Smiley

I've been working on a project called Collate (http://www.github.com/hach-que/Collate) for the last few days and was hoping to be able to post it Project Development forum.

Hi,

I would like to request to submit posts in other sections. Reason is because I was trying to get hold of Slush to notify him of errors I was getting a couple days ago in Slush's main thread when the DDoS attack was happening, however, couldn't due to restriction. In addition, I would love to contribute the knowledge I have from reading all the posts in here to other miners. Thanks in advance!

If you have an immediate need to be allowed into the forum beyond, please post your request here. Reasons such as "I'm not a spammer" will be ignored. You must provide evidence that shows that you understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie would or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum.

Much obliged.

Edit: Many people posting here have already met the 5 posts and 4 hour requirements. If you see "Jr. Member" by your name, you don't need to post here.

I read the forums quite often, I post on the forums rarely.  But I feel I deserve to be removed from the newbie as I am not a newbie.  I am currently one of the largest contributing miners to BTCGuild and BTCMine (Shat) and I built http://guildco.in/ and http://btcmineco.in/ for both pools.  Additionally, I provide technical consulting with Eleuthria for Btcguild and I know the ins and outs of most of our jargon.

Guess I'm a forum newb, just not a newb in general.

I've been trading bitcoins for about 5 weeks now, read frequently, rarely post.  I'm also experienced in other financial markets.  Would like the ability to post in the other parts of the forum please.

Hello,
I've been lurking here for a week or so, have a pretty good understanding of the bitcoin system now.  I'm not convinced of its long-term viability but the libertarian in me really hopes that it works out.   I would like to offer a bullion product to the community.  I have good feedback on ebay and am happy to take escrow.  I could make 4 meaningless posts but really don't feel like it.  Smiley

Long time lurker, new poster.
I signed up yesterday after my first poolmining experience, hoping to involve myself in the marketplace forums offering illustration services at reasonable prices.
I was sure I left myself logged in yesterday but I guess I was wrong, apparently I've only accumulated just over an hour of log time here.
I'm certainly no stranger to the bitcoin scene as I've been following it for months and participating in it with other communities, but I'd really love to involve myself in -as I said - the marketplace forum here and would love even more to get a thread up about illustration services before I have to leave for work later today. Many thanks in advance.

Whitelist me, please?

huge lurker here so far as well

I havn't had any reason to post here so far, and I probably would have if I had known there was a spam limitation/newbie wrangling area.

But basically, I have been interested in the FPGA mining thread going on here at these forums.  And I was having some problems getting the UART controller to talk to the python code in TheSeven's VHDL version of FPGAminer's code.  I was intending to seek some help out on that thread, but this limitation has stopped me.

Just wondering if someone out there could lift it.

Thanks.

I would like to see what the interest is of people to stay at either one of my hotels: hojomaingate.com or redroofbp.com and pay in BTC.

I'm not sure on what kind of exchange rate I would want, but that would be something I'd want to discuss.

LOL, I think by just replying to this message, I'll have 5 posts and be whitelisted anyway.  Thanks.

Only five?  I thought I read fifty.  I'm getting old and my eyesight is going. Wink

Can I get whitelisted please, I'm working on a logo for Gareth and Yankee's logo competition here http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=16950.msg219010#msg219010 and i need to either be able to post or message them in order to show them my design.

I only recently was introduced to bitcoins but i've spent a few days looking in it.  I'm not any hard-core miner or anything, just curiosity. I'm mining with a ATi Radeon HD 5830 in a pool whenever I'm not playing games to get what I can.  I don't really expect to make any substantial profit out of this though. The above reason is the main reason why i am requesting being whitelisted.  Anyways I read that the limit to being whitelisted was 5 posts and 4 hours, so I'll stick around and see if i can make any contributions.  If not, I'll just pm them.

Thanks
