I was wondering if I could be whitelisted. I've been mining and following the forum for about a month and recently did a sale/trade with Houdini on here. I'd like to post in the confirmed sellers thread and give him my feedback but I am limited to posting here for now.

well since I have 15 posts (16 now  Tongue) and have logged about 40 hours of logged in time yet the status system seems a little confused, it'd be nice if one of the admins gave it a little nudge Tongue

Lets see I've been mining for 6 months and reading posts here for much longer than that, due to all I've learnt in that time mostly related to optimisation of mining on headless remotely located linux boxes which I run several of I'd like to help out others that were in the same place I was 6 months ago. I'd also like to finally get round to thanking the forum members whose post's and threads have been invaluable. I know I should of registered along time ago, I've been a bit too into the anonymous aspect of the bitcoin! A second reason is I have been doing some FPGA development at work and I'd like to join the discussions on FPGA mining.

Cheers

so let's give this a shot... I've been mining for ~3months on a pool, got my dad involved (he even mines!) we are looking to put a small business together that takes bitcoins. I found what appears to be the perfect combination => drupal + ubercart + uc_bitcoin. currently hosted on godaddy linux, use AWS (amazon web services) to run bitcoind, and have everything just about ready to exit the "draft" phase of getting a business-based website up and running. low and behold, there is a problem, uc_bitcoin module for drupal6 gives an error regarding the file "bitcoin.inc" not existing! well, this file does not come with the uc_bitcoin module package, and trying to use the bitcoin-php library throws an Exception error. I am so close, but need just a little help to get things running. so, I come here to ask if I may be allowed to post in the forum "Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Bitcoin Discussion", more specifically in the thread "uc_bitcoin: A Bitcoin payment method for Ubercart/Drupal" in the hopes of finding a kind soul to explain why uc_bitcoin is looking for that file, and if/how this issue can be corrected?

thank you for your time, look forward to being more involved in the bitcoin community/j0800

I would like to be whitelisted so I can move my thread BitVMarket - A Multi Exchange Price Viewer to the Project Development development forum.

To A) get more feed back and B) better help if I need it.

Thank you with any and all response.

Been a member for a few weeks, and have been lurking. Spent the last week learning the perfect way to set up Linux for mass development on multiple rigs, and would love to be able to have quality discussion about not only Linux development and implementation but the rest of the forum as well.

Not sure, if this all qualifies me but, i hope so.  Lips sealed

I would like to be whitelisted if possible.   I have been mining for 2 months and recently decided to join the forums after only reading them with out an account.

I'd like to ask for some non-trivial paypal2MtGox$ transfer, and I'm in the process of programming a BTC web frontend.

I was wondering if I could get whitelisted. I don't really have anything to say on any of the newbie forum posts to get my posts up.

I've posted 0.3.23 and 0.3.24 bitcoin binaries for centos build to help users who are having problems compiling on a cent platform. (If that earns me brownie points).

I wanted to be whitelisted so I could post in the FPGA topics. I have some questions regarding cost-effectiveness and design. It seems to me that everyone is basing the cost effectiveness of FPGA chips on development boards which have a ton of extra features. The only thing that is really needed is a chip, a pcb, a small controller and you're off to the races. If you remove all the extra crap the cost should go down dramatically.

So, if I could be whitelisted so I could join in the FPGA discussion I would appreciate it.

I'd like to be white-listed, none of the threads here are interesting. The very fact that there is a compulsory newbie area has already tainted my view of this community. It just seems so very, very pointless.

While I support this decision to keep spam down - I'd like to get to the SmartCoin forum to ask when multi-computer support will be offered. I have SmartCoin running on 1 rig and it's awesome! I understand it is the intention of the author to support monitoring multiple mining rigs from one machine - but I haven't seen any support documentation on how-to and am looking for that Smiley I would very much appreciate it if I could get whitelisted to proceed to that forum, so I can strike while the iron is hot (just donated some BTC to the author).

I like to be white listed. Even though i created this user some time ago, their was no restriction then.
Now due to restrictions when i wanted to ask, i can't ask directly, instead have to go throw newbie forum & have to wait for some one to answer.
Please white list as soon as possible.
Thanks.

I would very much like to be whitelisted if deemed appropriate.  I'd like to be able to contribute to the pool threads that I use, plus I'd like to be able to contribute more to the technical discussions that go on in the general Bitcoin threads and Mining threads.

Happy to provide usernames of other forums with longstanding membership if that helps.

Thanks Smiley
