So ... if the process of "white-listing" it's fully automated just ignore this message (even if I have to post 5 "stupid" things in newbies board to fulfill the requirements)
If not ... this is a request to allow me to "pollute" (read it: con·trib·ute) with my humble, stupid, long time incubated brainless ideas the other boards.

Thank you!

could ya please whitelist me so that i can contribute in the pool forum...  i've made my pre-requisites (time & post count).

btw, you could probably lower the logged-in time to 1hr and still deter the same number of spammers.

Wow I did not see the newbie only for posting message.
I've been reading the boards and looking to reply to some Technical ones and the economic ones but was frustrated looking for a reply button. ARRRG.

Ok so if I get this right I need to post several times here to be cleared. Is that right?
Let me know. I want in.

Ron

Actually, the logged-in time is not a solution to spammers problem. But who are you (or me) to debate on this "political solution" to the problem?

If you have a need to be allowed into the forum beyond before you have completed the required 5 posts and 4 hours logged in, please post your request here. Reasons such as "I'm not a spammer" will be ignored. You must provide evidence that shows that you understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie, or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum. Try to be as specific as possible.

For the current status of how far along we are in processing whitelist requests, check the Pending Whitelists thread.

Please note: If you see "Jr. Member" by your name, you have already met the 5 posts and 4 hour requirements and don't need to post here. Additionally, after you meet the requirements, it can take up to 10 minutes for your account to be automatically upgraded.

Hi, I've been a bitcoin-miner for 5 months. And I have been actively watching this forum without creating an account for my own.

I'd like some input on a farm idea i've been growing in my head, hence I created this account now.

Hi, I wish to participate in the thread for the Ars mining pool since I am a mining for that pool. I've been reading various threads on these forums for the last month or so, and this is the first time I've wanted to post something, so I just registered.

Can I have forum access?

I'm building a server right now and I want to subsidize it's cost a bit with bitcoin mining.  I'd like access to the Marketplace forums, specifically.

Thanks!

I would like to post in the linuxcoin thread http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7374.0 to get help with AMDOverdriveCtrl settings.  The procedures are not working as they were described, and no one is asking the question I need answered.

Thanks

I am a new member of the https://bitoption.org team and would like to start answering questions and helping out posters to theses threads:
http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=9611.0
http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=12495.0
http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=14194.0

Getting to do this without waiting four hours and five posts in the newbie section would be fantastic! Thanks!

I'd like to be whitelisted.

I'm the author of Bitcoin Wallet for Android
(https://market.android.com/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet)

and I need to take part in discussions I once started myself.

I promise that I will not spam nor troll (-:

I'd also like to be whitelisted.

I'd like to start selling some games on Steam for BitCoins, although I'd like to get started immediately! I'm here for business and BitCoin discussion. Furthermore I assure you that I don't want to spam or cause any problems.
