I have been a part of this forum for months and have made numerous posts and would like to be whitelisted. I signed up before "bitcoin fever" hit everyone and started mining on deepbit shortly after they opened. Can you please whitelist me? Thank you.

Would like to post in the hashkill miner thread.

Been lurking here for a few weeks, just set up a dedicated rig, and have some feedback for gat3way about a few haskill-gpu bugs.

Promotion to full posting privs would allow me to communicate w/ gat3way about single-gpu lock-ups on multi-gpu systems, auth issues w/ deepbit after every LP: new block comm, and thermal limiting triggering but not stopping work on the correct gpu (multi-gpu).

Thanks,

Please get me out of here!

I've made substantive replies in the past to the General Discussion board.

http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7325.msg191756#msg191756

Also my attempt at getting some real information on this board has been met with a single poster post replying with no substantive information whatsoever.

http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=24379.msg303242#msg303242

Please let me out of jail. I promise to be a good boy.

Be nice to get outa here but its ok I can do the time like everyone else.

Wanted to post this but I’m not tested for the troll gene yet damit 3 more posts to go.

Solar PV company owner considering  accepting  Bitcoins

Just started a PV company in the UK and I think I could be of some help to some of the bitcoin miners. I’m only 4 months into start up but I’m really hoping I might be able to accept bitcoins for smaller installations.

Just doing my own house first (3.1KWp) and setting up what I hope to be a around a 7000Mhash/s farm ( yes I know Im late to the boat, maybe im even swimming after it)

Anyway give me a few more months and I hope I can find a way to sell solar systems to UK residents for bitcoin but I'm a Vat registered Limited company so will need to check this over with my accountant who will probably have a melt down at the whole idea. But hey its those guys that need a little shock  Grin

Either way I would aim to help out fellow miners in the UK for a dam good rate (they might need to give me a hand with some of the work etc to get the price really down lolz). <---I have a team so dont worry if hights worry you its just an option for price reduction.

So TLDR: New solar PV company owner considering taking bitcoins as payments for Small PV installations in the UK sometime in the future.

PS yes you get paid the http://www.fitariffs.co.uk/eligible/levels/ even if you use all the juice and don’t actually export a single unit.

EDIT: Will not do off grid systems go to silk road for that kind of thing.

Hi guys

I need some help setting up my 2x systems (system 1 with 2x 6950's and system 2 with 2x 5830's) with GUIMiner.
Should I assign individual usernames and passwords to each cards or the same username and password to all cards?
Will this change my hash rate at all?

Andy

Edit: Sorry, I will start a new topic in the Newbie forums.
You can keep me in this box but it would be nice to be allowed to play with the other users out in the 'real' forums Wink

I need to get out of the newbie section so I can post my opensource mining monitor application! I've been mining for almost a month now and have read tons of info about price/perf, history of BTC, I'm in active in 3 pools with a total of 2.5Ghash/sec rigs. Whitelist me please!

It seems that my timer stopped counting.  I've been at 3 Hours and 24 Minutes for a while now.

The other day I bought 4 Radeon 5830s, and they wouldn't fit in three of the computers I have, so I'd like an opportunity to sell my spares to other members in the Marketplace forum.

If you have an immediate need to be allowed into the forum beyond, please post your request here. Reasons such as "I'm not a spammer" will be ignored. You must provide evidence that shows that you understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie would or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum. Try to be as specific as possible.

Much obliged.

Edit: Many people posting here have already met the 5 posts and 4 hour requirements. If you see "Jr. Member" by your name, you don't need to post here.

I certainly don't know more than the average newbie, but I was hoping to sell a few things to earn some bitcoin.

Edit by Maged:
What are you thinking of selling?

I have been around for some time, active in #eligius am well rated in the #bitcoin-otc WOT, have a low user number on the leaked mtgox password file. Been using bitcoin's for over six months, most of the time just don't have any good reason to post, so i don't. I am not sure what I can say to convince you, thanks.

Hi, I want out of here. I own bitcoins. I had almost 100 posts and was a victim of the mt gox hack so I started over with a new account. Presently, I am trying to recover my account at mybitcoin. There is a thread on this topic I would like to post in. Please let me out. thanks.

Edit by Maged:
Without any evidence of who you were, we can only process your request based on merit, like we do for everyone else. Additionally, we look down on people making multiple accounts. As such, your request was denied.

My userID and password are now everywhere on the internet. Unfortunately, I used that userID a lot (not my password, fortunately.)  Any diligent researcher could piece together a great deal of information about me now that so much has been made public and I have learned a big lesson.  That is why I have abandoned my former account, so please don't "look down" upon me. I'm trying to clean up a mess that wasn't entirely of my making.  I'm just trying to get help on the board so I can get control over my Mybitcoin account and the funds therein.  Would you please reconsider?

By the way, how many posts do I have to make to get out of here without begging? I thought it was 5.

Finally, I think I am out of here!
What else is the requirement past 5 post and 4 hrs?  I've hit both of those and I'm still listed as a newbie.
I would have liked to of been let in days ago, so I could  both comment and ask questions on mining pools and rrdtool/rrdgraph software but the forums don't allow that type of interaction.
What else does one need to do after the 5 post and 4 hour threshold to be come a 'member'?

Thanks

Interested in selling my article writing service to website owners here. I didn't see this type of service in the market, and I'm sure there are some people here that need good content for their sites. Smiley I'm a native USA writer with about two years of experience on other forums. I'd like to start selling to Bitcoin users, so I registered here. PM me for a link to another forum thread which contains many references.

Edit by Maged:
I'm afraid that I will have to take you up on your offer instead of whitelisting you immediately, since you didn't provide enough information. PM sent.

I'm hoping to get in on the free coins on offer in the "Show your firstbits" thread at http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=24514.0.

Though this is my first post here, my comments at http://lesswrong.com/user/loqi can serve as evidence of my civility. I'm also user 5445 in the leaked Mt Gox database, if the whitelisting gods have a copy of it and care to email me to prove that I'm not just grabbing a name from the list.

Thanks in advance! (Conditional on my whitelisting, naturally Cheesy )

Hello.

I'm having problems running Phoenix 1.4 with the latest PhatK kernel and I'd like to be able to ask for help with this.  I can run Pheonix 1.4 with poclbm fine, but strange guiminer gets better rates.  I've been mining on bitcoin.mining.cz for a couple of weeks now and I'd like to try getting the best out of my card.  I need support to do that however.
