Due to a mass of trolling, only established posters are able to post in non-newbie sections. You are considered "established" if you have spent 4 hours online and have made 5 posts.

If you have really good posts, you can post a request for preemptive whitelisting in the appropriate topic.

Also:
- You must have made one post in order to send PMs.
- You need 10 posts to put a link in your signature.

Note that it may take up to 10 minutes for your PM or posting permissions to be granted.
Does reply counts as posts?

You just did, but worry not, we are aware of his crimes.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

Eugh, I hate when boards do this.
Long time bitcoin user (well, comparatively, started using them may last year Wink ) but I've never felt the need to post on here.
However, now I want to buy stuff, which forces me to make 5 pointless posts in this section.
Well... four now Cheesy

Hi, It is funny to have a flat out restriction here. Although i did 'agree' to not being able to post... but isn't that quite too restrictive? What if i wanted to buy a sellers product here? What if i had something i wanted to sell? Doesn't that make this too bland an approach? Instead, making an un-view-able posting section with topics generated buy anyone, and then approved by moderators, and the newbies can post ONLY in that section, would make sense, that is of course if the moderators are willing to take the extra moderating. Unless that is not what you do. Here, it is just too restrictive... Feels like an army camp.

No. I cant post in russian section.
I hate spam too, but don't know what to say (constructive) in english topics for now. I have questions for russians, but can't ask them. Yeah...

The Russian section has its own newbies section. You were informed of this in Russian when you registered.
