how much will the byteballs i get in the first round be worth when i claim with them in the second round?
let's suppose i link 10 btc in the first round and get 100k byteballs. in the second round i link again my 10 btc and the 100k byteballs. another guy who missed the first round will link 20 btc in the second round. will i get exactly as many byteballs in the second round as this guy?

Yes, as far as I understood the rules.

It depends on the total BTC linked in the second round. If it is exactly same as in the 1st round, then yes you'll receive as many bytes as this guy. Your example 100 Kbytes for 10 BTC is impossible. Even if all BTC is linked in the 1st round (which will give you the smallest share), you receive: 10 BTC / 16,000,000 BTC * 10 15 bytes * 10% = 62.5 MB

So let's suppose I get 62MB for 10 linked BTC in the first round. Now if in the second round the amount of linked btc doubles, my linked 62MB together with my 10 BTC, which I link again, will get as many MB as a guy who missed first round and linked 15 BTC in second round?

Hey tony,
Can you tell me when you are expecting the airdrop to start so I can get my wallet ready. Thanks my friend.
We'll start linking Bitcoin and Byteball addresses in early December. The OP says you will be linking addresses in early November at the latest. It needs updating to let people know they haven't missed out yet. Most people skim read a new coin's OP and don't bother reading any other posts in the thread.

You can get this amount of bytes only if _all_ BTC are linked in the 1st round, so there will be no room to double in the 2nd round. In this case, your 62.5 MB will count as 1 BTC and the total weight of your basket is 11 BTC, hence you get less than the guy with 15 BTC. My previous answer was wrong: it is the total of BTC linked in the first round what matters, not the total in the second round.

Yes! You can get test byteballs. They are as good byteballs as margarine is butter.

It doesn't matter. Syncing speed didn't change in 0.6.

But there is another problem in version 0.2 and 0.5 as well is crashing cinnamon.
Mint 18 cinnamon crashes - solved in v 0.6 I didn't notice any info about running byteball as a service or terminal only, is there RPC? Where to find out about that?
