Wish Genesis wasn't such a ripoff...it's not as easy to get your own miners and have them hosted but it's much more profitable.

I just give some warning to those who are considering to buy contract with genesis mining, and investigate more. The complains about genesis mining not giving the correct payouts is on internet. Anyone can google and find it out. It doesn't matter if I present them here in the forum or not. It just makes others to check out eaziler if I do so. It is not me who try to damage their image. It is what genesis mining do to their customers damage their image.

I know your savage mouth is stuffed with shit because you came out from savage asshole.

You keep telling yourself that bullshit.

haha wolfo I didn't know you came out of a savage asshole, that's how you're able to write code that's fucking dope  Grin

I have repeated above, my contract in genesis mining started 2 and half months ago. The first 30 days was passed one and half months ago. It means I am supposed to get the payouts of the first 30 days one and half months ago. But I still don't get them now. And they ignore my complain, totally silent at my case.

So, at the point, genesis mining is ABSOLUTE SCAM.

why talking about genesis renter instead to talking about miner, this topic it is about miner.
We need to fix stratum support for eth proxy on etherum or not working.

https://github.com/zawawawa/gatelessgate/blob/master/Core/util.c > line 3007 > \"method\": \"mining.subscribe\" eth proxy wanna "eth_submitLogin"

looklike:
if (pool->algorithm.type == ALGO_EQUIHASH)
         {
            sprintf(s, "{\"id\":%d, \"method\":\"mining.subscribe\", \"params\":[\"" PACKAGE "/" CGMINER_VERSION "\", null, \"%s\", \"%s\"]}", swork_id++, pool->sockaddr_url, pool->stratum_port);
         }
         else
         {
            switch (pool->stratum_version)
            {
            case STRATUM_PROTOCOL_STRATUM:
               sprintf(s, "{\"id\": %d, \"method\": \"mining.subscribe\", \"params\": []}\n", swork_id++);
               break;
            case STRATUM_PROTOCOL_ETHPROXY:
               sprintf(s, "{\"id\": %d, \"worker\":\"%s\", \"method\": \"eth_submitLogin\", \"params\": [\"%s\"]}\n", swork_id++, pool->worker, pool->rpc_user);
               break;
            case STRATUM_PROTOCOL_ETHEREUMSTRATUM:
               sprintf(s, "{\"id\":%d, \"method\":\"mining.subscribe\", \"params\":[\"" PACKAGE "/" CGMINER_VERSION "\",\"EthereumStratum/1.0.0\"]}\n", swork_id++);
               break;
            }
         }
i checked code on etherminer (genoil) that working.
I tried to fix code but i stuck with last fuction:
static bool parse_notify_ethash() ...

I'm a c# coder and with c++ i'm a newbie, consider also no documentation about this fucking stratum protocol and pool dont' tell you what version they use.

No ID verification like on the Exchanges, so that`s a big plus.

Can I get a breakdown for how
rawintensity, worksize, and gpu-threads worktogether?

I can't find any good explanation of how to configure those parameters for an AMD R9 380 using the cryptonight algorithm.

---------------------------OFFTOPIC Begin--------------------------
So, at the point, genesis mining is ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Bullshit. Looks like you didn't read the contract carefully, or maybe, can't explain your problem to the support.
I'am invested into GM almost a year ago, and the payments are come regulary. Until the BTC network comissions and difficulty have rised up. Now, the payments are not so frequent, but this is only because of the increased net diff and transaction comissions. The GM is one of the few really not scammed cloud mining services, and they really work.
---------------------------OFFTOPIC End----------------------------

Dear community, I need your help with the miner. Can't launch mining of ETH at all. The miner begins to generate a .bin, connecting to pool, and then the error appears
Code:
[10:32:57] Error -4: Setting args for the DAG kernel and/or executing it.
[10:32:57] Error: clSetKernelArg of all params failed.
[10:32:57] GPU 1 failure, disabling!
[10:32:57] Error -4: Setting args for the DAG kernel and/or executing it.
[10:32:57] Error: clSetKernelArg of all params failed.
[10:32:57] GPU 0 failure, disabling!

The launch .cmd main parameters are:
Code:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

sgminer --kernel ethash --api-listen --api-allow W:127.0.0.1 --auto-fan --auto-gpu --gpu-fan 75-100,75-100 --temp-target 50,50 --temp-overheat 70,70 -X 512,512 -w 192.192 -g 1,1 --gpu-engine 1100,1100 --gpu-memclock 2000,2000 --gpu-powertune 20,20
Tried a lot of tweaking: decrease/increase intensity, workunit size, different ETH pools, default core/mem clock settings (removed "gpu-engine" and "gpu-memclock" parameters)but had no luck Sad

The system is:
Windows 7 x64 Ult.
6Gb DDR2 RAM
24576 MB of swap file
2 x Sapphire Pulse RX 560 OC 4Gb (no bios mod)
Catalyst 17.5.2 + APP SDK 2.9.1 installed (tried also v3.0 with no difference)
Each card have the HDMI<->VGA converter inserted to the HDMI port, as the dummy plug. Otherwise  there is no temp and fan monitoring.

The 2nd problem: sgminer can't modify core/mem clocks, so it possible only via Afterburner/TRIXX. The same with the Claymore, so I think it's a system-wide problem Sad Is there any driver patching needed to unlock frequencies control? Sgminer-GM 5.5.5, but also tried the previous versions.

Will be gratefull for help.

P.S. Sorry for errors in English - it's not my native language...

Can anybody confirm here if this SGMINER in Linux suffers the slow-down with a new DAG of the RX series ?

Apparently there is talks that this issue only affects Claymore's software.

False, can confirm it's affected.

Strange since the guy tested it out and replied

"Yes, it works fine with SGMiner in Linux, Claymore working with AMD directly to address. Bottom line, SGMiner does not experience the issue."

Also, Claymore is working with AMD directly to address? That fool is more full of shit than a sewer.

Claymore has confirmed he's working with AMD developers on the epoch benchmark issue.

Talking with devs doesn't exactly mean "working with AMD," IMO, was my point. But that guy is still full of shit - I've seen the issue on SGMiner myself.

Alright thanks for confirming this. Saved me the hassle of having to install SGMINER.

Done much troubleshooting yet?  It looks a lot like the performance drop Pitcairn cards have over 1GB, except at 2GB this time.
I wanted to get to the bottom of the Pitcairn issue, but never got around to it.  Although AMD provides some low-level details on the GCN memory architecture, I'm finding I have to reverse engineer some of it due to lack of clear documentation.
