Better to just click on worker name...
That worker does not exist or does not belong to you! but worker is online/ This means you've never submitted any DGM shares, ever (with that worker). It's a small bug I've been meaning to fix, but still haven't gotten around to it.

Are failed miner notifications still supported - I don't seem to get them any more? Also, although I still see the checkboxes to enable SMS notifications, I don't see the SMS credits showing up on my account any more. Or maybe I just don't know where to look...
Or have SMS notifications gone away? All notifications gone away?

SMS notifications are still working. I'm not sure why those are showing up ... I will see about getting it fixed here shortly. You can get more SMS credits with this URL: https://eclipsemc.com/sms_credit.php until I figure out why the link isn't showing up properly.

I don't seem to be getting e-mail notifications, either (just tested it). So it's not, I think, that I'm out of credits (I don't know of any way to check my credits).

Email and SMS are all coming through. You may want to check/contact your ISP and ask them why they are blocking your emails.
Still working on the SMS credits issue though.

I run my own mail servers, and checked the logs. No mail was delivered to me. I'll try it again sometime (and top up my credits, too). But it doesn't seem to be working for me... :-( roy

Tried again. Notify minutes is set to 5 and I've just topped up SMS credits.
Stopped cgminer 15 minutes ago (EMC shows last share 15m ago and hash rate of zero). But no email and no SMS received yet. (It used to work.)
Username is roybadami and worker is roybadami_worker if you want to take a look.

It looks like your alerts are working fine. I reactivated your test worker and forced it into thinking it was failed and it sent out an alert. Make sure all the settings for your worker are correct; I'm not sure why it would not be alerting you but I do not see any emails in the logs going out, so it's not actually sending any alerts which seems to indicate that it does not think it's eligible for an alert. Your last alert on that worker was on the 17th of August.

I wonder why quitting cgminer isn't enough to trigger an alert fairly promptly. I may try creating a new worker and mining with that. roy

My miners connected and submitted shares fine according to BFGminer.
But EMC stat page shows very low hashrate. And its dropping! . Edit: Its not dropping but it fluctuates ALOT and still way under the hashrate BFGminer reports.
I hope all shares are still counted correctly.

My hashrate still dip very low quite often. BFGminer reports a stable hashrate and EMC often reports 20-30% less.
Could it be the pool server is overloaded and not accepting shares quick enough?
I hate to move to another pool even if its just temporally

us1 went down on all of my sites at 12:16:28 EST. It then recovered. BFGminer got stuck on us1 when it was down. Then it went to us2 and back to us1. Bitfuries are not failing over so that might be a problem with this pool. Looks like we are getting paid by what API is reporting, so don't look at the dashboard. Inaba, is there a way for you to hardcode my worker's share difficulty and get them off var diff?

I bounced US1 last night to make a quick change to some config stuff, but a properly functioning BFG or CG miner should not have a problem with that (it was only down for a couple seconds). That's about the only change I've done in the past week or so, besides updating the backend bitcoind's, but that wouldn't affect mining at all.
There's not currently any way to hard code the difficulty - is there a particular reason you want to set a specific difficulty as opposed to letting the pool decide what's best?
Nemesis:
If you are getting wildly fluctuating hashrates, you need to increase your "Minutes to estimate miner Hashrate" under the settings tab... I suggest around 45 minutes or so. If it's set at 5 minutes, you'll get huge swings due to variance.

Hmm, the problems I experienced were after 11am EST and lasted for about an hour. Now it is back to the way it used to work. No change on my end. There's not currently any way to hard code the difficulty - is there a particular reason you want to set a specific difficulty as opposed to letting the pool decide what's best?
I've noticed that my mini rigs perform best when diff is > 400. Sometimes when pool sets it to 400 or higher, the rates stabilize, but then pool drops the diff to high 200s, low 300s, the pool rates fall, climb back up only to fall back again. I think setting them at say 500 or 1000 would remove all that guesstimate and setting/resetting. Less work for the pool. When I run my miners with gigavps or btcguild and set miners to say 500, rates are pretty stable.

Where are you seeing this rate that you say it stabilizes? If it's at the pool, you just need to adjust your window. No pool knows your hashrate. If you think BTC guild is "better" in that regard, it's just because they use a larger window and I don't think it's configurable. On EMC it's configurable, so you can make it as large or as small as you want, depending on how accurate you want your readings. 45 - 55 minutes is best for accuracy.

Thanks. My window is set to 59 minutes. The rate I'm talking about is the "pool rate" as reported by bfgminer (third rate, # of accepted shares/time). This rate usually corresponds to pool rate +-10% as reported by EMC. You might be right, btcguild is probably using windows of few hours so its rate appears to be more stable. I think var diff up/down changes adds extra noise to the calculation. If miners connected at certain diff and stayed at that diff, the pool/miner "pool" rates should be more stable (affected by network & actual luck) Just throwing out suggestions...

Oh yeah being able to set difficulty for each miner is very helpful. Please have that feature as my BFL SCs would need minium difficulty of 100 i think.

I too like being able to set difficulty on a pool a la hhtt. I think its a good feature personally, but I'm happy with EMC, even though it reports about 2gh less that what bfg shows.
