Can someone tell me how to remove a driver version totally from the pc? I mean I updated from 16.12 to 17.1 and from that point I can't update, only if I remove the AMD app, but something still remains. After I updated 17.1.1 to 17.1.2 latest version of claymore exits without any error message, but 11.0 works fine. Rolled back to 16.12, the problem still remains.

You can use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx.

I tried exactly this one, after that installed 15.12: claymore 11.0 worked 11.1 not. Tryed to update to 16.12 -> update was partially successful, the AMD software was on 16.12 but the driver version still 15.12.

If the update was partially successful then the drivers are there and installed...how many GPU's are you using? Use GPU-Z, which version does it show there?

I'm using for my 7990 Crimson 16.11.5. I tried also Crimson Live edition but it was not working, so maybe for your 380x it's better 16.11.5. Use DDU and then just install 16.11.5 and see how it's going...

Everything was OK on 16.12, this problems occured after updating to 17.1.1, and now it doesn't matter what driver I install, sgminer and zec miner 11.1 refuse to work, but 11.0 is working regardless to the driver I install.

v12.0:

- improved speed, about 405H/s on stock 390X, 450H/s on stock Nano, 290H/s on stock 280X, 295H/s on stock RX480.

NOTES:
1. Reduce intensity ("-i" option) if miner is unstable.
2. It seems there is no way to get full speed on latest drivers for Fiji cards, at least in Windows. So don't use latest drivers for Fury, use 15.12 or 16.3.2.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

Hey Claymore, thanks for the update! One question, should I see any improvements with a Tonga or Pitcairn chipset? I'm maybe getting 6-8 H/S more with this update, but its not a very significant increase. Do I need to be using the 15.12 driver with these cards to see the full benefits? I'm currently seeing about 149 H/S with the Pitcairn (Radeon HD 7870 2GB) and about 192 H/S with the Tonga (Radeon R9 380X 4GB) using the 16.12.2 driver. Thanks for the help!
