Goody! We get to play hide-and-seek now. http://blockchain.info/address/1LrPYjto3hsLzWJNstghuwdrQXB96KbrCy

Since we weren't around for the coin toss, they got to choose to hide first. And as we cry, "Alle, alle auch sind frei!", they hide some more.

I need to take a leaf out of your book, it sounds like you have nearly as much to lose in this fiasco as i do but you keep smiling.

I made money with btc and am still up but lost over 90% of my coins. I need to start appreciating what i still have and just hope that some will return through this.

I like your attitude Phin Smiley

...
Given that Boussac refuses to give even his real name and position at Paymium, I think it is highly unlikely he will address this question here (it was asked in my original list of 12). Paymium's CTO will definitely have to address this in the soon to follow legal enquiry if they insist on not addressing it publicly here.
...

My google-fu is weak, but it was pretty easy to see that he calls himself Andre, and some of his work is here

  http://www.e-ducat.fr/author/admin/

Also, about a month ago he took enough of an interest in travel to have set up this:

  http://bitcoin.travel/author/boussac/

Everyone needs a vacation now and then I suppose...

This is so wrong... I would have sold my coins last night when the drop started. Now I will benefit nothing from them.

Biggest bullshit of all time. I bet they already cashed out few millions out of our funds..

CLAIMS PROCESS STARTED (Thanks for mentioning on the forum Boussac)

Instawallet is closed
Visit your wallet's URL to file a claim.

Submit your claim now: claims will be processed in the order they were received. Multiple claims for a same wallet will require more time to process.

The claim process started April 11, 2013 at 10PM CEST.

Important information on claims submission:

For the first 90 days we will accept claims for individual Instawallets. Your wallet's URL and key will be used to pre-populate a form to file the claim.
After 90 days, if no other claim has been received for the same url, your Instawallet balance under 50 BTC will be refunded. If several claims have been filed for the same url, we will process those claims on a case by case basis, under the presumption that the claim we received first belongs to the legitimate balance holder.
Claims for wallets that hold a balance greater than 50 BTC will be processed on a case by case and best efforts basis.

Proceeding with filing criminal charges against all Paymium directors starting tomorrow morning.

Not because the wallet claim process is dysfunctional but because they have failed to answer all the questions posed to them, thus suggesting the likelihood that the hack was staged.

Paymium (the people who run it) I hope you get the appropriate consequences for your actions. Karma is a beautiful thing...

My suggestion to others who wish to proceed with legal action against Paymium is to contact both the French Embassy / Consulate in your country, as well as your Embassy / Consulate in France, tell them both the story, and ask for assistance with how to file a formal case with the police. Let each Embassy know that you have also contacted the other one. I believe this method will have the greatest efficacy and leverage.

Personally I will be saying it as it is, and that I suspect that the directors of Paymium may be involved in the fraud itself (rather than innocent victims of it as they state).

They have had ample opportunity to respectfully engage with their clients but they have not taken it. So now we'll see how it plays...

Thanks, bud. The attitude is genuine, but sometimes it reaches a breaking point, thus the injection of vulgar every now and then. Yet, I don't see myself turning into a violent individual, albeit sometimes espousing such, with this episode not yet being the case.

I've done well with my past enterprises, and lost everything a handful of time, never blaming anybody for such loses except myself, as I smiled/laughed through it all.

I put unfounded faint into InstaWallet having them hold my bitcoins until I got around to having them stored in a more secure wallet that has been duly advised from the advent of Bitcoin. Now, I'm a victim (of sorts) whose minor claim-to-fame is making sure others don't become victims to scams. Ironic, just like when a dear friend of mine that was a professor at Vanderbilt died due to taking medicine prescribed by two different doctors to battle infections stemming from her broken ankle that didn't act will with each other, while at the same time she had an exposé in the Nashville Banner warning against such practices.

It'll take something a helluva lot worse to happen to have me lose faith in Bitcoin overall, albeit what's happening at Mt Gox with Mark on the TBF board approaches such concerns.
