My claim stated the wrong amount: 0.2btc instead of 2.04, I rejected it and now it says 0btc wtf? Anybody else got problems?

The confirmation interface is up. Just visit your wallet URL.

Don't hesitate to your questions ask here, by e-mail or on IRC.

Hi Davout

I don't mean to moan as I am sure you are busy but I have tried all three of the options above to contact you and have had no response on any of them even though you have clearly been on the forums and read my PMs and thread messages.

I have a number of wallets that are in the too large category and do not know what i need to do next. Sad

If it's as simple as you being off work for the weekend then that's fine but a couple of lines of a reply to help me out would take two minutes and would be much appreciated.

Today is Bastille Day, and they're all probably partying hard right now Cheesy

So here is exactly how this will all happen :

Today (July the 11th) at 10PM CEST, after 91 days, the claims submission interface will be disabled
On July the 12th we will handle the claims that came in after our last processing batch and before the cutoff
At the end of that day we'll have a surrogate payouts table
We'll update the claims interface with this data and make it publicly available
We will then proceed to go mind our own business for the week-end
On Friday the 19th of July we'll broadcast a payout for all accepted claims [1]
For three months after this we'll make weekly payouts for the claims that got accepted during the previous considered week

Yeah, I had started to think about that too. It's just frustrating to be so close and still not certain of my outcome.

Hopefully he'll put my mind at rest tomorrow.

I realised I was probably getting a little annoying. Sorry. Smiley

So, now that you're back. What's the deal with the large wallets?

What about the missing wallets ?
Still no update about those and I have a bunch of missing wallets, some with quite large amounts.
Some were created way before the hack and are still not reachable.

Also, can I still fill a claim for one of them ? I have left some for the last minute, wishing and hoping they'll update during your examination but nothing came out and I can't now fill a claim for them. Any solution ?

Thank you davout/btc-central,

You need to visit your wallet URL again. You will have the option of either accepting the payout or declining it and giving a reason why you have.

Ah do you mean that it's a large one awaiting extra authorisation?

If so, I suggest getting in touch with Davout.

For what it's worth my large wallets have now been offered to me in full. I am awaiting news of another wallet that was a slightly strange situation but so far all is looking good. I gave extra ID to prove who I am.

Good luck mate

You're telling me. Cheesy

Honestly if this whole saga turns out alright in the end I am going to be a happy man. BTC price was £70 when the shit hit the fan. What's the odds of it being exactt the same on Friday?

Come to think of it, What's the planned time for find release on Friday Davout?

Have three wallets, each with a relatively small number of bitcoins -- all showed the correct balance, and I confirmed all of them.

Assuming payments go out Friday, as scheduled, I think paymium will have done a good job with this whole process.

Assuming payments do go out Friday, I will not have been disappointed with my experience, and will be open to trying paymium services and products in the future.

It's only natural for people to feel on edge, in such a situation, but I feel the steps taken in the claims process have been reasonable, and so far, in my opinion, well implemented.

I put in multiple claims dating back to April 11th and I still haven't heard anything from Instawallet besides the initial "Thank you for filing an Instawallet claim" emails.

I have many coins that should be returned to me and I really want them back. Mine has been flagged for review which I don't care about because the coins are mine. I'm the only one who made the claim. I have the reference numbers.

Any recommendations?
