All the licenses of the gunbot have been sold right? Sorry if this is an obvious question but I haven't been following this thread lately.
No, licenses are still available for poloniex and in a few i will release kraken and bittrex. Alright thanks for the answer! I'll try to cop a license in the near future. |

Hello together !
at first, very good idea, to make an trading bot......
iam searching for one, but iam not shure ?!?!?
i have read the first page, but my english is not perfect (;
i hope you can answer me some questions ?
if i have understand it right,
gunbot work with a fixed strategy ? but i need to configurat it on my own ?
i need to have a look on it and dont can only let the computer on and it works for me ?
it dont work on bitfinex ?
there is another very interesting robot, its called haasbot......
can your shortly tell me, whats the different ?
it looks like gunbot its cheaper, but haasbot have more features, for example backtest !!! but you need to script you own strategy ?

The bots are nice and very helpful to me, I ever use and proven gave me profit when trading. I hope dev. also create to another exchange trading like Bittrex, Liqui and Yobit. Thanks.

Current versions...the windows one has the 1000 trades feature (many small trades) and the Supergun feature follows more the ups and downs of a coin.
Linux is more Supergun only.
Settings come with defaults and I recommend using those until you get a feel for the bot and how it operates.

I have tried to use the manual trading thingy, checked how the bot trades and tried to do it myself but the prices didn’t went up, it went belly up, all the way down. I am in loss right now.
I have two things to ask, one is ; is it normal that this method fails sometimes and you are holding huge bags, two is does this happen too frequently?

when you manually bought those coins you were 100% you were doing the right thing. Prediction is not a virtue we have yet: we need then to use another virtue, the patience. The new release with the step-gain allows you to configure in the bot how down you want to push your bot before to buy and how high you want it to wait before to sell. But yes: it is easy to be happy when we sell because we see the profit in our wallets, we should learn to be happy (and celebrate) when the price goes down to buy cheap coins. Welcom to the altcoins trading against BTC: it happens pretty much every 1 or 2 weeks cycle. |
