What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017?

bitcoin price now is very high recently, it is being efffected by the fork coming in few weeks, so i think bitcoin may rise very much after the fork, and may reach a new peak in the next year, moreover bitcoin is forecasted in rise much more in the future, so i will keep saving bitcoin from now.

I think now a lot of people know about BTC and cryptocurrency in general. This is because of the fact that BTC reached 7.5k now and that means more people can mine it and are interested in mining it. As this year enters, a lot of events happened to bitcoin. Bitcoin cash was released and followed by bitcoin gold. For bitcoin's price, it was shockingly increased to $7000 and expected to increase more. For me, on this year bitcoin became successful and this year was the year where bitcoin became a world's news.

I'm very confident that bitcoin will drop very soon because it really achieved a phenomenal growth in the past few months reaching a peak of 7500 us dollars . So the logical next step is a bit of a correction. But i'm pretty sure that it will be rolling again very soon and might even cross the 9k bar by end of 2017 . Even tho there a lot to work on for bitcoin's features , it's still the most successful cryptocurrency of all time and public mass are believing in it , slowly but surely .

Nice insights though, The reason of its price reaching the current price now is because of the incoming Segwit2x because many people believes that this Hard Fork will create a coin that has a value of $1k a piece so many investors are attracted to it in expecting to get a equal value of their holdings before the said Fork happens.

I believe also that the price of Bitcoin will go to some corrections after the massive price increase because that is the normal events in whatever currency markets in the world.

It's highly possible that we are going to reach $10000 by the end of this year. 2017 was definitely one of the best years for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. People became aware of Bitcoin's existence. It will be interesting to see what will happen in the next year. We had so many hard forks this year and there are even more coming! For many people it's great news because they will earn a lot of "free money".

that's exactly what we want from year to year increased bitcoin prices. but for now the government in my country has not really responded to bitcoin as the official currency as a legal means of payment

If bitcoin scores mark of 8000$, then by the end of the year it will probably reach 9000$. Bitcoin grows because there is demand for it, and demand is provided by the fact that buyers are waiting for growth.Bubble is inflated and inevitably there must be a drop. Further growth depends on the interest of the major players who will inflate or not inflate bubble again. So it is not known what can happen.

I think bitcoin in 2017 is seriously booming. The rate is high amd everyone is crazy about this. I can see people aree inviting it facebook. Convincing people to invest or trade. Infact my aunt just invest just last week when mu sister explain it to her.
