Yes, and I really am not convinced by the reaction from support on this dump. I suspect that we may see another test for lower.  Embarrassed

There was a 94% decline in 2011. So we may still fall to around $1000.

We are not in 2011. Totally stupid to always compare with the very beginning of BTC.

I agree too!

What's the world cup?

It's not complicated for anyone except our US brethren

It's a competition where the winner gets a cup (a nice shiny one).

But then it is a little tougher to explain.  You see the use of the word 'World' in this instance means literally EVERY contry in the world can enter their national team in it.  Unlike in America where the use of the word 'world' in sport (e.g. the baseball World Series) can mean only teams based in America normally take part.

Now to further complicate things the competition is for playing what most countries in the world refer to as 'football'.  This is a game played by people using mainly their foot to kick a spherical ball.   Of course in America 'football' refers to a strange game which involves an egg-shaped object largely carried in the hands.  Actually more like a sort of 'egg-hand-ball'.

The World Cuo and indeed 'football' is rather popular worldwide, but not so in the USA, sadly.   I guess it's just not exciting enough.

Wink

sorry - very bored on a long hall flight.

it's the diving man

we find it disgraceful

fix that and we will talk

now Rugby on the other hand...there is a game the US could get behind

I see LTC at 76 bucks, been adding slowly on the decline and that's a nice cheap price.  Try to buy LTC at Coinbase, error returned "insufficient funds".  Hmm that's strange.  Check my bank, Chase, and the account.  Funds are there.  Try to transfer some more in because I want to buy a bunch.  Cannot transfer "site is under maintenance"  Hmm, never seen that before.  Decide to try to use some BTC to buy LTC as the rate is nice.  Poloniex says "BTC is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled as we work to find, test, and audit a solution. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.".  NEVER seen them frezze the BTC wallet before!

So you can't buy at Coinbase.  You can't use your bank funds.  You can't arb at Poloniex.  And this is all just a coincidence.

Mark my words, this is a bottom, if not THE bottom.  Only explanation.

Post some evidences if you can please.
Hope somebody else could confirm this

Good morning Bitcoinland.

I see we hit a new low for the year this morning and are bouncing back... currently $6245USD/$8295CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Even when we were at the bottom we were ahead of where we were in November. How soon we seem to forget.

I hope everybody bought lots of coins. I'm just glad I didn't have to sell any.

That's the trouble with being retired living off your Bitcoin holdings. Every now and then you have to spend some to buy fiat currency.

I was in the garage warming up my Killdozer and uploading my slaughter route when my price alarm went off.

Next time, I guess. Now I have to weld myself out of the fucking thing.

Shouldn't the bottom last a bit longer to be useful for whoever has an interest in a low price? maybe tonigt will be the bottom, but this wasn't it.
