As the price drops to panic inducing low prices I will share a few stories for story time.

I finally got my account unlocked on WEX after supplying details of every transaction I ever had with them, signing statements from the addresses of the receive addresses for all of my withdrawals, screen shots of receiving those transactions and sending the IP address of every time I logged into the system.

My account was locked out but I am not able to withdraw my NMC for 2 weeks (I assume this is how long they believe they will still be around, or they need 2 weeks to pilfer the rest of my NMC). I used to have 21k NMC. I logged in to see 12k NMC and 9k NMCET. From the looks of things WEX was allowing people to withdraw NMC (likely because they could just use mine and that's all they had left). I guess their remedy for opening my account was to create a fake NMC token and distribute that as "just as good as NMC". As people quickly ended up dumping the worthless token lowering the price.

So now I have to wait 2 weeks and watch as the whole thing implodes. But at least I can watch the last of my NMC get pilfered in the meantime.

On another note, I've been trying to buy a car here in French Polynesia since February. Borrowing a friend's car while I try to sell enough BTC to get francs to buy a car. After only getting about $800 worth I was about to buy a scooter when I realized that I have 6000 euro in an old German bank account from a few years ago. That German bank account is on the European SEPA network. Many people here in French Polynesia are from France and have french bank accounts. So I found a guy from France who sold me his Twingo for 6000 euro. I sent the transfer though the online bank transfer and got the car. I got an e-mail today from the guy saying the transfer never went through. So I check the bank and sure enough, transaction was reversed "Please contact the bank for further details". The problem being...how do I call the bank in Germany from French Polynesia? I don't even have a number here, who uses phones? I opted for the data only plan. Furthermore I don't speak German so even if I get through I'll have to ask for someone who speaks English and they'll tell me "oh the person who speaks English will call you back, what's your number?". I re-sent the transaction, I e-mailed the bank and told them to e-mail me back. If it's not resolved in the next day or so I'll just use localbitcoins to sell a BTC to transfer to the guy's bank account.

I just want to get all of my money off of these banks and exchanges and into wallets under my complete control. I should not need to ask permission or jump through so many hoops just to get access to "my money".

Just a lesson to all of those that still have money in these types of locations, get them off while you still can. Not your keys, not your coins. Money in the banks is not your money.

If i sell now, is it the bottom or the top?  Undecided

-if you sell, it'll be the bottom.
-if you buy, it'll be the top.

That's the way it usually goes. Smiley

Exactly but Why would iT matter as a long term hodler.... iT ain’t No problem not ??
So Just buy everything 50%less than ATH is a very cheap buy not ... don’t cry Just buy every month or something and hodl iT

maybe bitcoin will go down to 5000 and if its happen we will see the long term bullish ! #THE LAST DUMP.

no-no-no, we can't go down below $5k. we won't even go below $5.8k again. why? because there are so many people (especially, true-TA-traders) who are waiting their PRECIOUS 5k to go all-in in btc & alts.
for a market maker it's neccessary not to let those people buy at these prices. it's a really clever move.

this winter i recieved money transfer from Germany to my bank in a small town in Russia. first time, transaction didn't come because they requested some additional info. ok, got it. second one - successfull one, took ALMOST 3 WEEKS. that's nuts. comparing the speeds of blockchains.... nothing to say.

I can't stop laughing at the low iqs here ... a few recent extracts :

Are B1tUnl0ck3r and mymenace the same person/bot?

What a brilliant observation, I really like some of his recent posts, very interesting. I must add Rosewater Foundation... always cheering.

Are B1tUnl0ck3r and mymenace the same person/bot?

I've ignored both for posting gibberish, eerily similar gibberish now I think about it, so you could well be on to something.

im kinda wondering the same thing myself. both are on ignore at the moment but i click "show post" every so often for the lulz.

thanks vap, don't get fooled by the other idiots, a smile is worth more than you will ever get, and don't forget them please when things seems less rosy to you... if only my stupidity can bring something positive it would already be a great achievement. So please keep lulzing... pixels which make lulz, isn't it the goal?

I was thinking maybe that B1t gibberish posting character ran outta meds again or something....

dude, I hope you will find love and life and will not be forced medicated or force vaccinated. Forced medication is the planned outcome for bitcoin enthusiasts according to a so called ex cocaine addict running a brainwashing facility in the uk, targeting bitcoin fan... so joke as you want...

you are part of the most stupid uninteresting people on this board, please try to be a little bit more original and creative in your posting... it's frankly sad.

It is so funny how it fits the american way....

facebook, twitter, google, all seek to censor to oppress, dominate control and rape, while tencent and co try to create a better china.

what happened to my america? I think it's the whorization of the entire female populations, behind their illusory quest for domination, that lead most americans males to fall so low... all wanna be the next

I don't know about whorization-I don't see it on a mass scale, but another statement is true:
every single american corporation want's to mess you up: shady fees, sudden price increases, not doing their job, etc.

A couple examples:
1. Airlines who made distances between seats so small, it is positively UNCOMFORTABLE experience, unless you pay for 1st class.
2. Healthcare companies that send you a letter of their commitment for a certain timeframe, then suddenly renege while providing highly technical mumbo-jumbo response about why they did it. I can translate it: we f-k you because we can and you should enjoy it.

I intend to focus on bitcoin/crypto because I see this is the ONLY way out of this situation, but not everyone would be able to do it, hence a campaign to decrease attraction to bitcoin by spreading FUD.

Smart people in finances (like Bill Miller) are openly suggesting to large fiat holders to buy bitcoin/crypto ASAP. If he/they do it in the open it means that not much time is left before a large upswing.

I think it's localized, it depend on the county... the more the income disparity, and access you get with money (rooftop party vs over a subway vent) and the less urban areas (there are no vip area in rodeos but for the riders...).

To comeback to our agreement, I really like the term coined by the great max keizer, aka the zombie corporation... they are trying to eat us... until we are destitute and then start to rape us, because this is what they really are after.

airlines... first you have to breach the tsa gates... wait like a rats, then be exposed to who knows what in overcrowded planes... wear mask and knee protection gears under your pants...

healthcare... look at the post above, they even have their little drones, at least this one can make simple sentence, ready to pump their bottom lines... 40% of the american population is on psychoactive... it tells you a lot about the real suffering in the society... and imagine the day their supplies are cut... what I really hate is how the "law class and the medical class" work in harmony to exploit and parasite everything...

here they don't spray their FUD... what can they do? like the low iq say to us to take our meds? or maybe they will try to medical arrest Bill Miller (I don't know the guy) and send him in rehab for excessive trading? let me laugh...

no the best option is the war against the enslavers...

anyway... enjoy :

Do not fight against them near the Holy Mosque unless they fight against you; but if they fight against you kill them, for that is the reward of such unbelievers.

2.192. Then if they desist, know well that Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Compassionate.

Bitcoin difficulty change: 14.88%. This is big!  Wink
A bit bigger than the June 5th change, which was followed by a drop from 7600 to 5800.

I thought difficulty follows the price usually, but not vice versa.
We're going through strange times, where difficulty goes up and price goes sideways. There might be some trick performed by hashrate monopolists to cut out the small fish. I mistrust the recent statements about transparency of shipping made by some miner vendors. Call me ill minded if you please.

Whether you are "ill-minded" or something else, we can probably already postulate that there is not any real short term correlation of BTC price to difficulty.

Surely in the longer term we might be able to assert some kind of correlation, but there remains a lot of variation in the demographics of miners including the fact that some of the miners are kind of betting on long term bitcoin success, so pretty much, they keep doing whatever they are going to do, based on longer term expectations rather than short term happenings.

Surely, there are some of the miners who are likely attempting to play around and manipulate difficulty and hashing rate, but those can end up being costly plays too, if the market (or the remaining miners) do not react in expectable ways in response to their manipulation attempts.
