Adjusting my market positions. I set a take profit limit on the last of my short BCH, and I'm getting out of BTC too as soon as the dust settles. I don't want to spend the holidays looking at candles on a screen. I mean, unless there's a real reason for it  Grin

I'd say though that people should decide on a price and proportion of coins that works for them and get rid no matter what the market looks like it might do once those targets are hit.

Yeah, don't back-pedal on your targets when the time comes and don't fall into the trap of reinvesting what you intend to keep out.

Having said that, Bitcoin is always one step ahead of the game...

Really agree with that, I will be much, much better prepared during the next parabolic price jump.

Same. My join date may indicate that I'm a wise, old bitcoin sage. However, I screwed up the same as any other mere mortal hodler. My emotions and greed got the best of me, and I didn't sell anything last year.

I feel that I'm much better prepared emotionally and intellectually for the next bubble. Earlier this year,

On the bright side, we're still coiners, and we will be rich in a few years.

Be careful. Looks like jail bait to me... Could be my age, though. Anyone under 35 is looking like jail bait lately.

Did LTC just flip Bcash?

Nice.

That was the best wake up present I got in a while.

Market cap is meaningless without proper liquidity.

If you believe in blockchain tech there's no reason not to buy right now.

Prime example of why I make fun of people in this thread every day.  You're not supposed to have to "believe" in anything.  That would make it a religion or cult.  It's just supposed to work without any belief.  But the fact of the matter is, transaction validators are designed to centralize in every single craptocurrency ever created out of all 2000+ of them, so no, they do not work and have no fundamentals and no amount of belief will change that.  This is why I stack physical metals.

Simple solution. Take, say, 10% of your "new" profit on the way up.

Say you have 1000 as a baseline, you go up to 2000, you take out (2000-1000)*0.1 = 100.

Now you go from 1900 to 3900, and take out (3900-1900)*0.1 = 200.

That's what JayJaunGee told me he does, and that's indeed a very powerful strategy. I got almost 7x, and if I had taken 10% out I would be much more relaxed now.

This strategy allows you to become rich and protect you from becoming poor lol

R0ach alt?

No.  This guy's posts are a prime example of govt waste and incompetence.  He's clearly a paid shill working from a call center due to the low effort posts all saying the same thing with a subtle pro-govt endorsement as well, yet he somehow doesn't know bitcoin was created by the govt.  So you have multiple incompetent divisions of govt spending money fighting an information war against each other.  Besides all the other evidence, blockchain analysis shows that Bitcoin was mined with a computer lab right at the beginning, so it started out either at an .edu like MIT or in some type of govt-style workplace as well.
