if you think about staking as if it were a stock, it's as-if the company says: if you don't lockup your shares (discouraging selling), the "or else" is they will dilute you. and some of the lockups have no clear end-date. all while management is selling. sounds  dodgy.
a stock-split doesn't change percentage ownership, which is all you care about. so the stake "yield" you receive is actually meaningless, if everyone has it. so it's a dilution of people who don't lockup. (a point i notice @GaryGensler made in his twitter video last week).

Seems to be some support around $21,500. We had the Kraken staking FUD & have held strong. I managed to pick up a few in this range. Let’s hope there’s a line drawn now & the bottom is confirmed. The only thing that can take us lower is confirmed recession. The more time that passes the more likely that the bottom is indeed in.
