Yes, it was Lyme's, she has been very open about that.
TERA, you will be sorely missed here, your sober and considered contrarian posts bring genuine value to the discussion. We will all be poorer without them.
I have several friends that struggle with the plague from Plum Island. I know what a frustrating ailment it can be.

The market's looking pretty dismal. I guess I got pretty used to every long working out over the past 2-3 years. Now I'm getting chopped to pieces. I guess there's nothing to do but wait for some clear buy signals at this point. No knife catching, risk off....

Im probably leaving the market within a week in my final distribution. AMA
Exchange risk was always rightly a huge factor in evaluating the return on trading the during the 11 and 13 cycles. How much risk are you assigning to Gemini, Coinbase, Kraken type of exchanges now? A crash to 5k seems like the most certain trade you are advocating right now. Since you will have money tied up on exchanges anyway why not short on Kraken? Your bitphysics model predicts the price will mimic 2014, like a bouncing ball? It so this next bounce would be like the current glade, with a high volume spike somewhere around <5k showing the reversal, a failed climb back to 10k, and then final bleed out to 3k (ideally)? Do you expect your trading strategy (buying volume breakouts from dips) to continue working if another cycle appears in 202x? What % of traders have the ability to derive alpha from first principles in crypto? How does this compare to stocks? Is your ideal play for the next 3 years to find promising blocktree (radix?) projects and load in during strong overall crypto cynicism? What signals will give clues about whether another BTC cycle in line with the past is starting vs BTC being finished and any pumps being limited? Good questions. I would ask a few of them myself. A few, mind you. She said ask me anything, but you asked her everything

Eastern Europe still remembers too well. Ready to fall over to Uncle Sam if overdone. So does Finland.

I'm riding it down....at least the BTC hoard....I'll use what I need from the Alts, as long as possible, if it is all 'going tulips'... but, again I expect this market to be down or sideways this year...the trustee of the mt. gox is dumping on the exchange..if he is smart he is telling the wife, WHEN, he is doing so, to play the market...500 million down since Nov 2017 I heard, only 1.5 billion left to liguidate again, this could go on all year long..so will ride it out for the BTC and flush my alts to live off of..if I have to...obviously, it it is this bad scrypt-pow mining (and others) but mine will likely be wrap'd up by August 2018...w/o new equipment... so worse comes to worse....I retire 3 years early on the Alts and Mining ...and have a BTC hoard, I can frame the paper wallets on the wall anyway, reply to if it all goes south

I had to put down a guinea pig today. So, I've already done enough goodbyes for now. Maybe we can switch the tone from goodbyes to good buys.

One of the best 80s movies of all time. Anyone who hasn't seen that shit should torrent it right now. The market's looking pretty dismal. I guess I got pretty used to every long working out over the past 2-3 years. Now I'm getting chopped to pieces. I guess there's nothing to do but wait for some clear buy signals at this point. Means that currently you are in decent profits, correct? For the past few years. Definitely. In 2018? Hehe, not so much. Eating drawdowns I haven't seen in a long time and just getting stopped out too much. That failed inverse head-and-shoulders last week didn't help.

A few older totally OT odds and ends. Part 1. It’s one of the things that living in the UK is shit for, not being able to carry a gun. WHEN bitcoin moon’s I’m moving to the US & will amass a huge Arsenal of weapons for shit’s & gigs.
I think you'd have to get citizenship then. Foreigners aren't allowed to do as they please with weapons.

A few older totally OT odds and ends. Part 2. Kobayashi hit the Asahi dry followed with saki and fine scotch late into Saturday night ...now he has woken up like a bear with a sore head.
Bitcoin is going to get smacked around like a geisha
If Kobayashi-san wants to smack someone around, he'd better find a proper hooker and leave geishas alone. They're not for smacking around, unless they are in the mood.

Is this humour? if yes - haha if no - why leave? Its 10 time less profitable to trade in these kinds of conditions so its an optimal time to reduce the risk of holding funds on exchanges and take a break from the immense stress, risk, and sleep disruption of trading. Also I am now financially set for 2 decades and have chronic illness. If I decide to go after money again and may be via a business or software project like making a new coin or an exchange and possibly not via trading. Thanks for clarifying. Very best of luck. (A server hosting company/ISP that one could actually trust would make a lot of money.) You said AMA, but this is sheer nosiness: what chronic illness? I seem to remember lyme disease. Not to get personal or anything.. Some kind of slow polyneuropathy like what happens when you have diabetes. According to ILADS doctors and their alternative testing its lyme and/or bartonella but it might be something else. I also had vitamin B6 toxicity and I have a list of other things I wont share. 2 years ago I was the epitome of health and was running 10Ks

Give Ted Nugent a buzz. You two would make great buddies... Ted "What did you just say? Let me read your lips" Nugent? Loud guitars and all. Poor lad.
