Should I start swing-trading?

How many times did we now exceed 7k for 1-2 days just to fall back to 6-6,5k ?

My next hopes are set out for the Halving in 2020 ...

Yes, you should be trading. The more pessimistic the better. Hodling has been a suckers game all year. Look to it.

I advise everyone to go long on bcash with 100x leverage!

Hm, too late. I missed the (local) top already. But thanks for the advice.

I thought we're not supposed to talk about alts in this thread? Cheesy

You need an activity over 1700, then your defence points will be high enough to deflect infofront's Bitcoin laser. You will incur some damage however, so give yourself time to heal.

I suppose infofront's activity is high enough to deflect his own laser, too. He just calibrates beam power below his own defence points, so he can shoot at will in any direction wihout any fear of stray reflections hitting him back. Mirrors are a bitch.

It’s not going to be approved this year or in the near future. Happy to be proved wrong but thought I’d just stop you getting your hopes up.

Edit - Time to accumulate & BTFD whilst we are under $10,000. Does anybody here seriously think we won’t see $100,000 per coin in the medium to long term future?

Don’t end up being a debt slave forever & like the bitches below. Take control of your own finances. BUY BITCOIN !!!!!

Ah, the good old days.

I'm generally a very chilled out dude. Don't like resorting to violence at all.

A pacifist at heart.

However, if any of the former officers of Butterfly Labs were to ever cross my path, especially Mr. Zerlan, I can't promise the outcome of that interaction won't result in my incarceration as a result of inflicting grievous bodily harm.

There aren't may people I genuinely hate in this world.

Two of my former managers, Sam Cole, Yifu, a few of my ex-girlfriends from way back in the stone-ages, Roger Ver, Flat Earthers, Scientologists, and the management of Butterfly Labs.

In an alternate reality, where I snapped, and become all "Victor the Cleaner", I would have dealt with the Butterfly Labs issue years ago in an absolutely resolute fashion.

TBH, enjoying retirement too much, after-the-fact.

This just all reminds me of when I spent thousands & thousands buying bitcoin’s when they were about $500-$600 only for the price to sink all the way down to $150 & stay there for ages. I was really down about it tbh & thought I’d totally wasted a shit tonne of money but we all know what happened then.

Moral of the story - FUCKING HODL & we’ll see another epic bull run in the next 2 years.

I still don’t like seeing the price dump but it doesn’t worry me anywhee near as much as it used to.

Pretty confident we’ll all be ridiculously rich 2021 onwards.

Rick is the type of guy that doesn't like to count his chickens before they hatch. I can respect and understand that.

However, I'm optimistic enough that we'll be buying a new house (ranch?) by mid 2021, just off my BTC holdings having appreciated beyond $20k USD/BTC.

I think my optimism is aggravating to Rick, considering his company stock price has been taking it in the ass harder than I give it to him.

Feel bad for the guy. Has been talking about needing to work for another two quarters beyond his desired retirement date if his stock price doesn't rebound before end of FY19.

I'm absolutely sure we will. And I feel it's going to happen a lot earlier than 2 years.

Exactly, we, the long-time HODLers have become immune to these dumps. We're bullet-proof guys!

i also don't like to count the chickens to early as well nice way of saying it Cheesy
but when we are early in BTC 350$-ish ,then the price of today is already very good, and have to count as a nice saving already ....

specially when we buy a DIP know and then and the BTC stash is healthy than i would think your guys retirement is safe and solid
i think its not bad that the 1 of you guys is very optimistic and the other 1 is a little more carefull , whatever goodluck with his bussines and let the stock price rebound , BTC pump and sit your asses in that ranch (but retired or not keep on posting in here to keep us busy)

Bloomberg says that the main reason of the fall is delay with crypto adaptation, by previous expectations of traders the adoption would happen much faster.

If this becomes the main narrative, they hit us in a weak spot. Can’t deny that adoption is going slow and user friendliness + scalability still aren’t there (yet).

Fuel for Fear Uncertainty Doubt and a leg down below $5,700 to Hairy’s Jan 2019 $3,xxx lair.

Did I say already that I’m overly bearish the last few months?
