There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Well there is ice where Mic & Queen are going so that’s a start.

I’m trying to work out whether $3808 is a more exciting number than $3806.

https://de.numberempire.com/3808

https://de.numberempire.com/3806

Find it out by yourself  Grin Grin Grin

Well neither is a Catalan number. And if I knew what a Catalan number was, I would be even further ahead.

Financial advisors when you mention bitcoin:

mines never laughed at me but he has stated i have big cajones for not selling more than i did during the `17 bull run.

hes actually very interested and we always talk about it when i meetup with him. ive told him 1% has a very limited downside and a potentially stupid high up side and he agrees. but he hasnt recommended it to any clients afaik. which a cant say that i blame him, at this point. he needs to fully understand it 1st of all. and hes pretty old school, which is fine by me. he covers the low risk stuff (per my instructions), as ive always told him i have the high risk bit covered. he certainly agrees on the high risk bit lol. but he is absolutely impressed with my btcs performance.

[...] most financial advisors are going to be negative or dismissive about BTC, so it is good that you have some kind of a dialogue going with your financial advisor even though it is likely that he has a bit of a financial biased against BTC since there are very few BTC financial instruments in BTC in which they could recommend BTC and that they can also makes some money too (on fees).

Still, also contrary to one of your interests of your financial advisor is that one of the best and most powerful ways to invest in bitcoin is directly, rather than going through a financial advisor, which, in the future, may cause you to wonder about why you are investing much of anything through your "financial advisor" and allowing that third party to take fees from you and likely to be underperforming your BTC investment(s).

yeah we have talked about that somewhat. until people can invest indirectly through "official" financial channels it wont be recommended by mainstream financial people as most people wouldnt have the faintest idea of how to buy/secure/sell btc anyway. and, as you mention, buying btc directs cuts him out. so for clients buying btc directly is the same as buying/storing/selling precious metals directly (when i mentioned PMs he though paper PMs). just as he wouldnt suggest what kind of safe/vault, where to buy and were to sell actual PMs, its the same for btc as far as he is concerned. "youre on your own with that" is more or less what he said as hes not knowledgeable enough to comment in those areas.

he especially is intrigued with the fact that if you can memorize or recover 12 words, you have access to all your btc associated with it. i showed him a trezor and told him about it and how the seed worked, and that you didnt even need the trezor, just the 12 words and another hardware wallet (not necessarily a trezor either) or trusted computer/wallet and bam, bobs your uncle.

dudes old school but hes no dummy.

I don't even have an erection, and it gone. Possibly forever. So thanks for that.

You notice how those bottoms get smaller as you go up the pyramid (or pile), so perhaps a few more levels UP could result in some "acceptable" bottoms, perhaps?

Yeah.. thank you to Homer for that...

The Lauda resemblance was likely coincidental rather than on purpose.

Some nickels in that mountain of flesh, you just gotta lose the cheerleader vision (girls in groups get more attractive in hot groups and more ugly in ugly groups, it's science yo)

Seriously cover the bottoms two rows and top row isn't that fat.

There must be a couple of extra rows i'm not able to see in that picture.

And believe me, my standards are NOT high.

The wife is pregnant and under orders from the doctor for no sex. I may be in quite a forgiving mood when it comes to looks right now and the beer is adding to it.
