There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

One very interesting part of that is to allow users to "pay in store using Bakkt's app". That bodes VERY VERY well for possible bitcoin adoption. Purists will HATE it though as we are talking about a trusted 3rd party, of course. But I will be buying coffee there with Bitcoin if they launch well.

We are having another deep i price despite the fact that there seem to be some good news on the horizon as regard crypto adoption in general.Samsung,facebook,bakkt etc. Trading volume in past 24hrs increased by almost 2billion $ which is good for the market.Increased liquidity is always a good thing.We keep bouncing within the same range.

Good afternoon all. Bitcoin has fallen under $3.8k and into consolidation mode in fairly active trading over the last 24 hours. Hopefully this trend continues as more traders are finally becoming convinced that we nearing the end of the bottom.
