Cool, apparently you managed to find the full article from theblockcrypto. I tried but couldn't find it.
Very bullish news !

It would be very bullish if Starbucks keep the crypto and its not auto traded to fiat.

Its a publicity stunt.. a good one.

Starbucks won't probably see the BTC (unless they interested in investing on it) but Bakkt will take 'em. It's fine to me.

We are having another deep i price despite the fact that there seem to be some good news on the horizon as regard crypto adoption in general.Samsung, facebook, bakkt etc. Trading volume in past 24hrs increased by almost 2billion $ which is good for the market.Increased liquidity is always a good thing. We keep bouncing within the same range.

Circle Closes Acquisition of SeedInvest

https://medium.com/circle-blog/circle-closes-acquisition-of-seedinvest-another-step-towards-the-democratization-of-finance-94713c10b95b

Little by little they approach like hyenas, Goldman Sachs+Circle+SeedInvest
These guys are very cunning, on the surface they thrash the cryptospace, creating fud whenever they can, meanwhile in the background they are acquiring valuable crypto assets that will enable them exact control over everyone else. They will strike when no one expects.

When is BAKKT due to launch, all I’ve seen so far is excuses & delays. Be nice to see them announce a firm date.

Somewhere in 2019.

Good afternoon all.

Bitcoin has fallen under $3.8k and into consolidation mode in fairly active trading over the last 24 hours. Hopefully this trend continues as more traders are finally becoming convinced that we nearing the end of the bottom. I dont know about you but I think we are seeing the last few months of these extraordinarily cheap bitcoin prices. Accumulate and hodl.  #dyor

I'm getting really fucking tired of this middling bullshit between $3,500-$4,000.

Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiitttttt...

C'mon Bob. It ain't so bad. Let's do some visioning. Breathe deeply. Close your eyes. Picture 2016 you. Now imagine 2016 you thinking about $3500 BTC. Let the warmth wash over you.

You make a good point.

They look to all be follies, but amusing ones.

Oh great. Now I wanna buy a castle. In a foreign land, even.

Monday

  • Wake up - See BTC price is down
  • Get pulled over by police on motorway for speeding - Points & a fine coming now

Could today get any worse?

Don't ask. Not wise to tempt fate. Often waves of three.

Wait till LFC informs his insurance company Sad

I’ve already got 3 points.

I got caught speeding last year but was able to pay £100 to do a speed awareness course to avoid any further points.
Today I was doing 90mph on the motorway (as you know it is 70mph limit).

Any way this will be another 3 points & £100 fine so that’s 6 points now. If you get 12 points you get a driving ban but November 2019 the oldest 3 points drop off my license.

There is a solution to all of this - STOP SPEEDING!

When is bitcoin going to moon though, I might need a 24/7 chauffeur at this rate Cheesy

I can name 3000 coins that literally came out of my ass that can do the same thing.

No you can't.

There is only one bitcoin, and when push comes to shove (for example if they were under government attack or traditional banking attack), all 3,000 of those supposed coins that you cannot even list would not have liquidity or network (node) effects to accomplish such with impunity like bitcoin can.

What? Muster up the measly 2.8 million US dollars of total aggregate system-wide value that the LN contains? Au contraire, mon frere.

And then do *what* exactly with your DOGE, BSV, DENTACOIN, etc?  Take it down to your local Iranian Western Union.. wait no... that won't work.  Ah yes... get on localbsvcoins/iran?  Wait ... no that won't work either.
