After traveling through Ho Chi Minh city and especially now onto Bali, I'm starting to get the sense that people are treating the virus as a big nothing burger. Ok, maybe not nothing but certainly not more serious than SARS was. More face masks being worn in HCMC but no checks or info at the airport and even many of the staff weren't wearing masks. Now in Bali, it seems no fucks are given, no masks, nothing, just lots of whatevs. At the airport upon arrival I had to fill out a card that asked if I was sick. Sign it and trade it for another card stamped health certificate. No temperature checks. So what's the chances the media and markets have this thing blown up to generate maximum fears? Do they have Grab in Vietnam? Its the southeast asia version of Uber, owned by an Indonesian company now I believe. I noticed all the Grab drivers were wearing face masks, and I wondered what that was all about... Recently I've been getting a notice every time I book a taxi that says wear a face mask for the safety of the driver... Meh. It would be the courteous thing to do, but TBH face masks are all sold out everywhere. People are still pretty on edge about it in the Philippines, maybe because we had the first death outside of China and now several infected (our media reports higher figures than what is displayed on that map, whose numbers I also believe are way too low). In any case, that's a cool souvenier, and I hope you enjoy your time in Bali. Ya, Grab is pretty much everywhere in VN and I believe all throughout Asia. Got fleeced for 5x the cost on a package of face masks the other day despite the VN gov. making a statement that anything beyond 5K dong is illegal. Never let a crisis go to waste I guess I've got a friend in the Philippines (Caucasian) who's been sick for over a week. They've decided to lay low for fear of being quarantined or worse despite suggestions to get checked out. This particular case is described as more of an ongoing cold BTW. Numbers are certainly low considering how many people will be doing exactly this. Another close friend in Bali that just got flu symptoms today. Fuk, I start to consider V8's warnings again and rethink a bit but I refuse to live in fear. Bali is too hot & humid, touristy, and traffic polluted for my tastes these days. The romance wore off years ago. May have to find myself a spot in Portugal. I hear things in Europe aren't changing so fast.

Yes, WO is setting the trend. No way. This is just a random trollbox. Other than Corona-chan observing. But besides that.

And yet, maybe there is a person in the forum who could be a mediator between us? There is no way that this task could not be solved!
You might try roach or gembitz

Not sure about the codes but... we can ask some respected and well-known WO member (El Duderino? LFC? Bawb?) a favor to arrange a courier to collect the gifts and then forward them to us. This way the guy won't even know where the choc is going to...

Because Pharaoh refused to set the Israelites free, God decided to punish him, sending ten plagues on to Egypt. The plagues are: water turning to blood, frogs, lice, flies, livestock pestilence, boils, hail, locusts, darkness and the killing of firstborn children guess ...whats next?

I wondered what the hell you were talking about as I don't think Chik-fil-A would endorse Bernie, but then I watched the video and it all made sense. Wow, actual first-world boobs on YouTube. This is an era of greatness. Yes, I am a dirty rotten liar, lol. Its not a Bernie commercial, just freaks being freakish while other freaks are trying to listen to a really old freak while he freaks out. For anyone outside of the U.S. who the chicken reference makes no sense to. https://thechickenwire.chick-fil-a.com/inside-chick-fil-a/20-years-of-cows

Bitcoin Mining Unit Manufacturer MicroBT Nibbles at Bitmain’s Market Share
Bitcoin miner maker MicroBT has rapidly expanded market share by selling over half a million units in 2019, chipping away at rival Bitmain's dominance.
MicroBT sold about 600,000 units of its flagship WhatsMiner M20 series last year, Vincent Zhang, sales head of the Shenzhen-based company, said in an online panel hosted by Chinese mining pool Poolin on Thursday in a WeChat group.
These products generate a computing power of about 60 terahashes per second (TH/s) on average, he said. That means the newly delivered 600,000 units may have contributed over 30 exahashes (EH/s) of hashing power to the bitcoin network in 2019. (1 EH = 1 million TH).

The second thoughts were more about repackaging the chocolate asap because of hidden geotracking electronics. Call me paranoid, but i was careless with my OpSec in the past and i have learned some things from that. On the other hand, i would have been called paranoid too, for claiming that the CIA is behind major established cryptography hardware companies in the 90s

@Olegya199:
What you're offering is physically posting a gift to WO members you don't know IRL (and who don't know you), and expecting us to accept it. This doesn't make sense from an OpSec point of view, especially considering that many of us have in their possessions the private keys to hundreds or thousands of BTC.
For all we know, you could be:
1. A thief, trying to locate our physical addresses, by exploiting our trust in revealing them to you, or by placing a geotagging device in the package, and then paying us a visit to steal our coins using the $5 wrench method.
2. A member of a criminal, government, or terrorist organization, trying to fish for potential targets to extort and blackmail.
3. A mentally unstable person, trying to poison or harm us, because of envy of what we have that you don't.
Who, in their right mind, would risk dealing with you just to get a home-made bar of chocolate? Would you?
If you really like WO, and want to show your appreciation by giving us a gift, just do it the Bitcoin way. Send a small tip in Bitcoin to those of us whom you respect the most. This would respect our privacy and show us that you really mean well. Alternatively, just post some photos of you making the chocolate (you already did), and a hand-written, dated dedication to all WO members, just like The Dude and LFC have done several times, by sharing their cool resto-adventures with us. All nice and clean. And more than enough. If I want some hand-made chocolate I can go to Max Perry's down the street, thank you.
Coming here out of the blue, trying to send us chocolates and other physical goods, and insisting in doing so by posting several times in the WO thread, raises some big OpSec red flags in my book.
