I had a bad dream tonight. Peter Schiff wanking off hard to r0ach inserting a buttered gold bar into his emergency exit door, while Mnuchin was secretly watching from outside, lubing up a big red silicone dildo with balls in the shape of the dollar sign. This was already hard, but seconds after waking up, i was checking the BTC price to calm myself down a little, and that's where the real nightmare was starting. I hope i am still dreaming while typing this into WO.... [insert vomit emoticon here]
It sounds like I'm manipulating your dreams. +2 WO's merit # Observing $10,140
Only 82 days until the halvening, things are looking good.
I hold LFC personally responsible for the Bart. I was actually going to post "me too" until I quoted & saw DeathAngel. Nothing beats The Searing Indicator though. +1 WO's merit # shakeout b4 breakout

Funny, those are the first things I would skip to not have to spend my bitcoins.
Depends on where you're at in your Bitcoin 'journey'. If he were spending BTC obtained in December 2017 that would be a very different deal to BTC obtained in 2012/13. In that scenario I'd very happily get rid of a portion to make today a more pleasant place and I've done the same myself. I've spent plenty and have tat and experiences I otherwise would never have had. I'll be a vegetable and then dead soon enough. I'm not going to sit in the dark denying myself everything until some mythical price level. Some of my spending in the depths of 2015 has been appalling but I have very few regrets about it in the main.

HOW MUCH BITCOIN YOU NEED TO BE IN THE RICHEST 1% OF BTC HOLDERSAccording to the BlockWorks Group analyst, you only need 0.28 BTC to be in the top 1% richest of the world (in BTC terms).
No more than 5-10 million people will ever own a full Bitcoin
This naturally implies an unfair distribution of the wealth as “whales, hodlers, nations and institutions” hold the lion’s share.
Bitcoin is distributed perfectly fairly based on the time, effort and passion each person put into acquiring and holding their share. The only natural implication here is that most people ignored Bitcoin until it was too late for them to afford their "fair" share. Do people get paid to write this tripe? Everyone had the same option. For once, perhaps for the only time in a lifetime, there was an investment opportunity with no doorkeepers. We told people about it. Family members, friends, strangers on the internet. We were enthusiastic like little kids at christmas eve. And most people either ignored us or tried to talk us out of it, or even tried to sabotage us in some cases. Everyone had the same opportunity. And you get what you fucking deserve.

What's up brother! @V8 How's it going dotclub my main man? The usual suspects are bullying me as always, trying to extort money over some long-forgotten joke. Same as ever, really, the weak gang together to prey on the meek you know.

but then i figure if folks like me we not actually using bitcoin what good is it?
so, no regerts.
Fuckin' a dude. If nobody uses said commodity for its intended purpose, it is indeed no different from a Ponzi scheme. I can't help but think if there was more people with your mindset, Bitcoin would have arrived to a greater degree within the mainstream than it currently has. However, it is doing just fine, so hodlers HODL on, if you must. I'd be a millionaire by now if I didn't keep spending 0.1BTC here, 0.05BTC there on takeaways and stuff over the years. I like to think I helped the cause. Though in reality, it probably ended up in the hands of whales :/ If you are in the accumulation phase of your bitcoin, then any spending of bitcoin should be obviously considered as having a replacement (a subsequent buy). Once you get to your maintenance or liquidation phase, then you are likely to have a bit more flexibility, which might allow you to consider the size and/or portion of your bitcoin a little bit differently, and surely maintenance means what it's name implies..... In other words, no matter what phase you are in, you should be considering how you are spending your money in terms of gresham's law, and of course, spending the worse monies first, and if you are really depleting the size of your bitcoin holdings because of spending, then you likely have invested too much into bitcoin.... I am not saying that there is NOT any value in spending bitcoin, and I have spent some and found some value in trying to play around or figure out the bitcoin ecosystem in that direction... ... and so spending bitcoin would merely amount to whatever it's dollar value at the time, and so who fucking cares if it would add up to a $million right now.. because you still have to live, and most people can only stock so much away into investing, anyhow. Right, I mean this all makes sense to me, but at the end of the day, Bitcoin's utility is what gives it its value. Gold doesn't have value just because it is scarce, it has value because you can do cool and/or useful shit with it. If everybody just HODLs bitcoin and nobody actually uses it, then we have a Tragedy of the Commons type situation on our hands where everyone is acting out of selfish interest at the expense of the common good, which inevitably dooms everybody. Then there's this line of reasoning which I think is also relevant:

Bitfinex. Coinbase is "legit". Until it isn't. I don't see much problem in loading some/little to the card as you are going to spend it. Of course, consider you will be insta-flagged as a crypto hodler and your expenses reported. Also, as much as I like the design of the card, I don't like how it screams crypto hodler here every time you use it IRL! Good alternative for spending anyways. Will probably order one when I am ready to start spending. Perhaps in a few months if everything goes well.

I only got it in preparation for the next epic rise. I’ve only spent £100 worth of corn on it.
HairyMaclairy was giving some good advice a few weeks back. He told us to be a fucking boy scout, open as many bank accounts as you can, get registered on loads of exchanges, be prepared for the next bull run because it’s going to be life changing.

Coinbase VISA - I’m an early adopter, had it 3 weeks (Covering my name) What a piece of shite this card is! Had it for about 6 months and all went smooth then it just stopped working. There's no phone support, no live chat nothing. Tried to email them but only got a reply after 15 days and several follow-ups. They told me to re-link the card to the CB account or something. I followed their instructions but no go. Reinstalled the app... nadaaaa. Tried another phone... nope. Not recommended, mate.
