Why, exactly, are we surging?
Didn't Apple earnings cancel coV? /s

I lost track of trends and counter-trends.

My body is ready, but it's a little early to be talking about mooning. Let's see if we can break 10K first.
The last confirmation we need is a higher higher. We broke the downward channel, we broke the 200 Day moving average. Just need a higher high and people will become EXTREMELY bullish.

Depending on the exchange, anywhere between 10300-10600. Some people need that higher high confirmation.

Im not that conservative though, I think we are heading back up, and after breaking the 200 day moving average, I have enough to convince me of that. We have a lot of bullish things coming, we have a Golden Cross potentially coming in February or March to. The 200 day MA is at $8900 while the 50 day MA is at $7900 and heading up.

New ATH near halvening in May (or June) if the momentum keeps going. Following masterluc's prediction so far.

My standard death plan holds:
1) Have Alcor cut off your head and stick it in a freezer.
2) Have tattoed on your forehead "Inside this brain is a wallet password for 10 bitcoins. Defrost me and it's yours"
3) Wait until bitcoin is worth the wealth of a good sized country.
4) Enjoy as everyone develops tech to revive you to get the coins
5) Give them the password for the 10btc wallet.
6) Cash out the other 50 btc wallet in your head.

Simple.

Good luck with that. Smiley

If any of you have snap chat, private mode your story temporarily (so no one can see it) take a picture of the Bitcoin price and put a caption of "buy bitcoin or regret it forever". (or something along those lines)

Then story roll it as the price goes up and up. I did it at $8000 a few weeks ago. Already shilling it to some of my snapchat friends who none of which understand Bitcoin. Its an quick and easy way to remind everyone of Bitcoin without actually shoving it down their throat. I story roll the picture (which shows its a few weeks old), and then do another snap with an updated price of the bitcoin price today.

I did it as a test run today, ill probably do it again when Bitcoin hits $15,000, and then $20,000. A lot of normies will be confused because most of them think Bitcoin is dead.

The elderly are frugal, and somewhat more corpulent than when they were utes. It's bound (ha!) to happen.

I wonder if any of the sea of dumbasses in this thread have noticed Mick Mulvaney is one of the most high profile Bitcoin shills...and is now teaming up with neocon, mass murder John Bolton to try and provide fake testimony to remove Trump from office.  So, in other words, Mick Mulvaney is as (((deep state))) as it gets, and this zio-shill is trying to scam people into using Bitcoin instead of real money - physical metals.

Good morning WO, I'm observing a comfortable 9339.99$ and a much better look of the price charts. It looks like a great morning.
Let's hope it'll go in the same direction even after the coronavirus panic ends.

Just having a look at recent history and thinking out loud, Last time we were here was mid June 2019 but price got all bubbly and ran past 10k quickly.
Then finally and reluctantly fell from 10K in September.  Seems logical to expect more resistance into 10K this time vs. the bubbles that blazed  through times before. Only difference now is it would appear that not so many people care this time, Google trends show bitcoin interest at a low for the past 12 months. https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?q=bitcoin&geo=US

According to the charts I'd expect resistance but Bitcoin loves to surprise.
Do we retrace now, closer to 10K, or does it get bubbly well past 10K?
Some sideways for a week or 2 would be welcomed.

Bitcoin does NOT "sideways" when in a state of cittttttttttteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee    Tongue Tongue

Great idea, that'll turn some heads!  Do we really want to send them to coinbase? I understood they've been naughty in assisting agressive nutrino chainalyasis/analytic tactics.

Seems that his lower curve (or support) is too low.  I mean, he was suggesting testing $1,500 to $2k, but that did not happen, and the low ended up being $3,124... seems that the low is confirmed, to me.. .Pretty unlikely that we are going below $4,500 again**... Possible, of course, but pretty damned unlikely absent some pretty major blackswan incident in bitcoin...

**Maybe even a bit of blasphemy for me conceding higher odds that $6,424 is NOT the bottom...?  Although we have to concede that the odds for touching on or even going below $6,424 are not outrageously low  ... maybe even in the 35% or higher probability arena.. as I type, no?

We have way more experience with panic, don't we?  Grin
#WE_JUST_HODL  Cool

Yup, 2017/2018 didn't kill us, so it made us stronger.
And also yes, HODL as much as you afford.

I like the charts, but what i'd even like more to see is more volume.

We can't just have everything, can we?  Wink
A bit more rise may trigger FOMO and then you'll get the volumes too  Grin

Seems like quite some people wait for bitcoin to moon before the halving?
That would be very surprising...

Since Gox has shown it's possible, various people have various expectations, one higher than another, and all call it "moon".

My little daughter is totally afraid of deadly viruses now. Thanks to the global brainwash broadcasting mafia media.  Roll Eyes

I am quite scared too. And it's not because of the news mafia, it's because I know how inefficient the government and the hospitals are in my country.
