I don't think they would pay 20 to 30 million for Werner, unfortunately he's not worth that much anymore due to his poor performance. If he comes back to RB Leipzig, I can very well imagine that he will find his way back to his old (good) performance.

Why not pay €20m - €30m for Werner? It is a cheap price, his market value is still around €35m and he is still a young striker (26 years old). Moreover, Werner is very possible to perform well again if he can come back to Leipzig, he ever became a strong striker there. If he performed poorly/badly in Chelsea, it may be caused by the wrong treatment or unsuitable strategy used by Chelsea. As a striker of German national team, I think his performance isn't so badly.

Well, it's not for nothing that there is information that Barcelona asked Chelsea to repeat financially the offer that Manchester United made. Barcelona still needs money anyway and therefore the club believes that de Jong will agree to Chelsea's offer with much more enthusiasm. Its market value is approximately 35 Million Euros.  Why did you think they wouldn't pay that much?  Timo is only 26 years old and after catching his performance, he is giving great performances.  I can confirm that he fell short of expectations in his games against Chelsea, but he played great games in the Bundesliga.  Let's be patient a little longer, I think he should play for Chelsea.

I think the deal between Chelsea and RB Leipzig for Timo Werner have been struck already, It's just a matter of time for the official announcement, I don't know what amount fee was agreed on, but I strongly doubt RB Leipzig would be paying anything near the fortune which Chelsea paid to sign a couple of years ago, and Chelsea doesn't have any future plan for Werner, so it's only right that they get the best amount and between 20m-30m would be a great deal for them imo, instead of just having him on the bench and keeping his wages on the clubs obligation list.

Youri Tielemans is one of the best midfielders in the English Premier League and with just one year remaining in his contract with Leicester, Arsenal might sign him. But according to reports there are no serious negotiations between the two clubs concerning the 25 years old Belgian international. I would advice Tieleman to remain in Leicester this season and improve his game, maybe by next season he might have a better offer from a Champions League playing club. Considering their recent performance, Arsenal might not compete favorably with other big teams.
