Finally running.

Please don't get confused by the numbers.

Screenshot shows four S9, but only three are running. The 16,44$ only represent four rewards starting 15:00 MEZ from today. I currently don't know whether the mining rewards come on an hourly basis or not. They come unregular.

My last mining reward was +0.00079763 BTC for three S9 miners.

The hash rate is at full maximum. The power consumption also (for the three running). By clicking the left circle you have a hardware list with serial numbers.

Assuming this project is legit, how would one go about purchasing the equipment necessary to even begin mining in the first place?
Interested in cloud mining as well if anyone can enlighten me in that regard.

Never trust other companies with your own business because they will most always take advantage of you and fail you.

In Giga Watt's case, it was not their fault, they were instead victims of regulatory changes and bureaucratic hassles.

I was at an open house there and they displayed honesty and integrity.

I am quite confident that they will overcome and will be a successful mining operation in the future.

If both the legal big tech criminals and legal government criminals can see your data, so can the illegal criminals.  Swiss based online privacy and data protection is the solution.

The easiest way is to buy it on there website. Giga-watt.com

Or if you buy your own locally you can ship it there

It was their fault and responsibility, none of which they have made right to their customers.  You're kidding yourself if your best interests are in their minds.

.
.
.
I heard Genesis Mining is bringing BTC contracts back online, Giga-Fail is making me seriously consider buying the BTC mining contracts with Genesis.
.
.
When originally, Giga-Watt was the reason I didn't mess with Genesis!!! How Ironic!

Not I. Currently awaiting my Batch 4 tokens and miners which were promised for Early September. Two months later and they still haven't even released Batch 3 tokens and miners.

I haven't seen anyone post here saying they are up and running 100% either. Although why would they bother to visit this thread if they were?

"The date of 3rd batch of token release will be announced soon" or so the legend goes.  I would appreciate an update but It looks like @cryptonomos has abandoned this thread.  Last post was in July.

Short answer is yes.

I have B1 tokens which I am renting while I wait for my L3+ to come online. My current Return On Investment is 5.42%, which if annualized comes out to 36%. My investment includes the cost of my tokens and the cost of the L3+ that I ordered, but which is not yet online. I am receiving receiving rental income in BTC, ETH, and LTC. I have no income from DASH as of a few minutes ago.

No mining at the moment.

last 24h results for two S9 at full capacity:

Mining   Hosting  Total
31.99  -   2.28   =  $29.71

total: 8 mining rewards

issues:
1. the previous day I had 13 rewards, so there is a very high delta. Actually I thought GW smoothens the rewards.
2. two miners on strike, they didn't even make it one day.

So just to recap.

1. Token sale in June, collected millions of dollars(around 19m)
2. Price of BTC up from a low of 1800 to a high of 6000 today. (19m worth approx 60m today)
3. Miners implementation are delayed until March-April based on issues that could have been solved prior to token sale by having inspectors go over all the details.
4. Reselling miners for you for profit on their website(they take a cut of the sale).  No refunds on tokens.
5. Internal issues were not sorted out before starting and collecting 18m in a token sale.  Blame this on "growing pains"
6. No actual solutions, refunds, or otherwise to the customers of the project other than taking back your miners or wait.
7. Gigawatt Generating profits on 18m in Bitcoins for 9-12 months while you wait.
8. Gigawatt building out extensive power infrastructure at your expense.
9. Difficulty increasing exponentially on all Miners by the week.

So all the Gigawatt fanboys here, if this is how you think a good ICO should be run, and you think this was a good investment...  Then let me let you in on my new ICO  Bitcoinguy140watt.  ICO starts soon.

In all seriousness, how could anyone with some common sense not see this as a blatant scam?  I would like to hear some opinions.

2. even more than $7000 now, BUT you can't predict future.  What would happen if BTC price fell to $1000?  You could say you knew it would rise - but in this case you could just buy BTC and hold.  This is the least risky investment.

4.  They resell with small margin - i think about 5-10%.   For bitmain price one should add PSU cost, transpostation, impost taxed etc.

yes people with miners and tokens from 1st and 2nd batches are being deployed now, and some are already mining.
