Nemgun seems to be quite busy working for another project as well:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2142127.msg21559990#msg21559990

CTO of Xenio Blockchain Imed?

Here's the topic:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2142127.msg21425241#msg21425241

Anyone ever heard about Stakecoin??

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1506391.msg15157005#msg15157005

He also has his own escrows service:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1764072.msg17616701#msg17616701

Or request him for "Signature Campaign Manager Service"

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1752126.msg17502192#msg17502192

That is one busy guy isn't it? Make sure to look at the NVO GitHub repo:

https://github.com/nvoproject/NVO-Project

Ohw boy that's empty. Not a single line of code in there. They have an open "issue" for over a month now but still it's not fixed:

https://github.com/nvoproject/NVO-Project/issues/3

Guess Nemgun is way to busy.

So? what are you trying to say? nemgun is co-founder and the validator developer.

next milestone is wallet at the end of the month i think. and he is not working on that.

please return to your maidsafe forums and don't spread FUD here

thanks

Yes, you checked a translation i did when i was new to the forum (StaeToken) i was learning how the forum works, and then ?
Regarding safenetforum, i already said that the moderators are biased, they delete the posts where i talk about development andkeep the posts where i reply to some idiots to protect david irvine. It is not a problem, i have a good memory, i will fist bring you the post made by David, and rewrite what i said in safenet forum.

Before doing that, regarding the repo of NVO, it is still private untill patented, this way, the NVO DEX will keep his advantage, and i said that many malready. I know that you dilute my posts to protect David irvine, so let me start.

Sorry chap, if you are banned it kinda means you are not welcome. It is a simple concept really. You must be hard at work on your version of SAFE as you have about a week to publish that as per your own timescales. Then if you have time we can chat about how you achieved it. I would be very interested.

In terms of beaker etc. it’s cool to fork as you say, however it’s not the SAFE network at all. I suspect there is very little forked in SAFE apart from some utilities, I really wish there were though as it would save time and enable more collaboration.

If you think the maidsafe github presence is not very active then I cannot help you there. but mainly we publish real progress weekly. That’s probably more important. You may find older libs we no longer maintain though, if you are not sure how github works you may even think that’s our total activity, I suspect.

Anyway that’s the last post from me until you show us your version of an autonomous secured data network until then it’s probably best not to waste valuable time.

My reply was (not worded as it was originally as it have been deleted) :

Effectively we don't work the same way on github for sure, as i constantly clean the unused repos, codes, i use DRAW.IO who is linked to gmail account, and i create a spreadsheet that i share with my developers.
DRAW.IO lets me do the architecture of the technology, the spreadsheet lets me do the requirements and needed skills, result of the architecture, the advantage of draw.io is that you can send it to Github as  is integrated, it is even better then UMLs.
Once i recruited the developers based on their skills, i put them on github, we open issues, where to start, where to finish (by respecting the architecture) and then they start working. I also said that a friend helped me to link the repos to slack in order to see a live feed of what is happening, it lets me check every commit, when an issue is too complicated i personally get into the research in order not to waste time, usually it takes 24 hours. This is how i work with github, i don't like to leave useless codes or old repos.
After that, it is not up to you to tell me when i have to deliver it, for Xenio i effectively foked ethereum, and inspired from Dash for the blocks, i offered you to fork xenio once we open the source code, as we use POA to do the first POS of xenio, it is closer to a DPOS and it is very good as we reward all the nodes, not only the owners of XNO, which will bring a stable network as everyone needs a full node to be rewarded, i also inspired from blackcoin, it is a great one, but due to the need of coins to start staking, the network is weaker. I respect a lot blackcoin and rat4, he did a great work there.
I also though about adding superblocks, mined by the servers, what is a server ? CPU, MEM, HDD/SDD, maybe GPU, it means that from the begining you would have a strong computation power and storage capacity because of the servers you can even please yourself and host a node in space (like blockstream or nexus).
You could use safebrowser (i never said it is safenet), the browser (who is a fork of beaker) as it is built with nodejs you can communicate with any daemon, what is interesting here is, let's say that you host a website, you can keep the database at your level, and host the frontend on different nodes, if the US is DDOSed, your website could still work which is already great, plus you save your P2P system (still decentralized). If you want to decentralize the database, you can put it into a smart contract and send it to the network.
For xenio we implemented a P2P chat who doesn't rely on the blockchain, but on a direct communication between two users (P2P), will also add video calls without overloading the blockchain, it is specifically made for the gamers. Like a decentralized Discord.
To continue on the idea, Ethereum released its decentralized internet, you can locate the users for sure, you can modify swarm in order to make it annonymous. Like you said last time when i asked for the maidsafe architecture "dig", so, go "dig" david. However, collaboration won't be possible with rude and disrespectful people.

But, for sure this kind of post gets deleted which is the proof that safenetforum mods are biased, one of them asked money from us even if he was thinking that NVO is a scam, i refused, and told him to go away.

As a result, safeforum dillutes all the interesting posts, i decided to stop the drama last time, and not to talk on the safenetforum thread anymore awaiting you to delet it, you left people insulting us freely while protecting dirvine. Now it is simple, either you stop destroying the image of NVO as we need to get more users for the Wallet who will be released soon, after we will launch the DEX and would like to get more people into the project.
If you don't respect that, i am ready to free some of my time to ridiculise maidsafe, the Xenio github will be one of the first proofs that we can build a decentralized internet very quickly, Xenio is an awesome project, who wants to decentralize the gaming system of Steam, and reward the users and the server providers who will let the users play they favorite game, and meet each other on MMORPGs.
There will be also smart contracts for the game developers who wants to integrate to the platform, Xenio will bring more volume to NVO, which is not bad at all for NVO.

So, yes i can do many things at the same time, as long as the ecosystem is here, i can go on it.

Do you guys have any ETA when could this be listed on other markets?

you can find the answer on Medium : https://medium.com/nvo-exchange/temporary-exchange-for-nvst-btc-7f51e4f22e9b

enjoy!

are there any news regarding this temporary exchange? the fees are really high and the trading volume so low. i would really appreciate to see an other trading option.

and please don't laugh: shapeshift is not possible or would not help lower fees i think?

Any time frame is set for the wallet release and other road map objectives?

I know development takes time but it looks this project going very slowly and there is no time line set for any road map objectives. So just want to know what will be tentative date for first wallet release?

Actually development is ahead of schedule. At first it was going to take at least eight months but now they are expecting the exchange to be released in january or february.

Deadline for wallet is november 1st but they are expecting it to be earlier. let's hope so. Smiley

That is good, I hope even earlier, the market is ripe for a decent DEX now! Can't they just hire more people to expedite things?! they certainly have the money for it.

Yes, they lost another month because off the people who were to lazy or dim to follow the crowdsale instructions and send from an address that they did not have the key to.
rest assured, progress is being made. You can follow the slack channel to follow the project more closely. I think it will put you at ease.

OK, thanks for explanation. I remember the chaos about crowdsale instructions, but it was very easy and nothing hard to understand.
I will join to slack then and I will check what is going on.  Smiley

Does anyone have any knowledge about the situation developing where exchanges may not host ICO coins due to incoming securities regulations.I know NVO is crowdsale but are there any parts of howey test that may be a cause for the concern?

On another note is there any ETA for exchange on the website?

counterparty fees are really horrible (0.00398643) and placing an order really takes "years". thats why this coin needs an other exchange or even better its own exchange. if i checked the fees before placing the order i would not have done it.

I don't want to fud or anything but the team looked vastly under-qualified judging from their linkedin profiles. I'm still interested to see where this goes but I don't really have any high hopes.

Vitalik dropped out and created Ethereum...

But just wait and see... Maybe you are right and this project will die... Maybe they will create the exchange of the century and investors will gain huge returns...
At worst, I would have lost time because I invest what I can afford to lose, but I would regret to miss a huge profit if it happens. And I trust the devs and expect that they deliver great results.
We will have the answer on a few months.

I also thought once like that and wanted to get rid of this coin but then I thought to give it a another try. May be developers can really make a good platform in future. It is clear from @Nemgun posts that Maidsafe forum moderators are hiding something by deleting his posts.

I know that we still have a long ways to go before this project is completed and I can't wait. There is more and more demand for decentralized exchanges. Just looking at potential regulations around the world, including the banning of ICOs by China and the closing of many Chinese exchanges, it becomes even more obvious that decentralized exchanges are the way of the future. The only unfortunate thing is that it will be awhile before this project is completed and in that time, other exchanges might pop up and claim the spotlight.

I think the price will crash heavily. Better sell off and get your money in BTC which is growing or other established coins
