They put a hard deadline for the wallet on november 1st. It will be out on or before that date.
The team keeps confirming in slack that everything is going well and smoothly with the project, so we'll probably start seeing some first evidence for that with the wallet release.
There's a partnership with coinpayments which should generate a lot of trade traffic.
NVST price is starting to pick up, this might be the last chance to get cheap NVST.

I had to laugh though at the stupidity of the phishing messages that came on the NVO channel as they were telling us about MyEtherWallet without understanding we weren't an ERC-20 token 

Yes, but the problem is that people are still sending to them, i am subscribed to different slack channels, and all of them are spamed, slack should open their DM api to let people properly deal with these issues.

Developers will be able to add their own coins to NVO DEX by themselves once it is live afaik.

Might be that development material becomes available before the exchange goes live.

On xcp, the issuer of a token can create the value of its asset just by creating a single buy order, one can create 100 Million tokens, and buy 1 for 100 xcp, which will give it a total market cap of 10 Billion xcp.

There's a lot of manipulation going on in cryptos. I believe someone took the token name to either sell it or to trick people into buying a fake token for real money. In either case, NVST/NVO is the real deal.

Bittrex have stopped all legacy accounts from withdrawing any more than 0.025 BTC per 24 hours, and some people appear to have lost all access to the site.

Now bitfinex are shutting down all access to US customers by November 9

I screwed up big time! I transferred BTC into Counterparty thinking that I could use it to buy NVST. It's been a few months since I've been on Counterwallet, so having to get used to it again. I couldn't find out how to use my BTC to buy XCP, so now I have to pay their huge fees, transfer it to an exchange to buy the XCP to transfer it back to Counterwallet, to use to buy the NVST. I've been using Ether Delta quite a bit and I have to admit that Counterwallet makes Ether Delta look like child's play.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if Counterwallet has a BTC market? I couldn't figure out if they did or not and it is taking forever for my BTC to be transferred from Counterwallet to the exchange. Counterwallet is so ridiculously slow that by the time my BTC gets to the exchange, the market crash will be over and BTC will at at new ATH.

We are currently attracting some attention to the project in a post about existing and upcoming exchanges in a Crytpocurrency Facebook group that has almost 18.000 members.
The more someone has been exposed to the NVO brand at the time of the launch, the more likely that person will be to give the software a try and become a costumer.

I know how slow Counterparty can be that's why I left the fee high and it still took forever for the BTC to get to the exchange. I can only image how much longer it would have taken had I reduced the fee.

When did that happen? It's actually going quite smootly now, even when I reduce the fees.
But there was a time that it took forever because of netwerk overload from the BCH faction.
