Wow.  That is quite impressive.  Wonder if they are preparing for this as there may be a huge influx depending on batch order position

Why aren't you just calling them ... and check if there is still someone taking the phone ^^ :-)

I did so on friday ...

Has anyone seen a prove of the orders they should have placed in the last few days ...?

Has anyone got there orders updated after bank wire transfer from on-hold to whatever?

Has anyone gotten there bank wire transfer orders canceled?

:-) crossfingers ...

Refund complete. That was fast.

That means they are online.  Why the silence?

Had a hunch that paypal may have been the hold up.  Hard to finalize an order queue when the payment isn't confirmed received.  I've seen them take up to a week or two to clear funds before.

Sad to see this go sideways...

I think BKKCoins was clear in his warnings to everyone to "wait" till he had a working prototype. Given what we know of overclocking right now design changes are going to happen hopefully that means stability and minor changes in the BOM only.

I paid for order number 1230... Still says on hold even though I sent wire transfer Thursday morning... What's going on TH? Would I be able to get that to processing? Did you revive the payment?

Just sent out an email with the update about an hour ago. Looks like not everybody got it. Here it goes:

Quote
Sorry for taking so long for this order status update.

Here is the update:

PayPal has still not released the hold on our funds. We are still talking to them and trying to get the hold lifted. If something does not work out, we might have to refund all the PayPal orders. In that case we will give all the PayPal customers an option to hold their spot by paying with Credit Card, BTC or Bank Transfer. We have already been approved for a merchant account for Credit Card processing, and the bank will take 2-3 days to setup our account. We are still hopeful that PayPal will release our funds and we won't have to take this step of refunding all the PayPal orders. If not, as soon as our Merchant Account for Credit Card processing is set up by the bank (hopefully before Friday), we will mass-refund all the PayPal orders.

In case of a PayPal mass refund, certainly a lot of customers will fail to repay and hold their spot, resulting in many orders moving up the queue. So please give us another 2-3 days to resolve the issue with PayPal and decide the next step.

Thanks you.

Thanks for the update TerraHash, we appreciate the feedback, at this point all we are asking for is continuous communication, don't pull a BFL!

Even if you have no news, just post in here saying we are doing something to make people feel at ease.

We are your customers and we deserve to know what is happening, don't worry about things that are outside of your control, but do let us in on what is happening, even if it's just to say we are waiting for word on xyz.

Ok since I am a n00b in all this mining I have a question to ask.
(currently running guiminer in win7 with 3 7850s)

What will I need to run these boards? I was thinking of getting a Raspberry Pi.., maybe getting one of the older PCs I have laying around the office to run...

Any thoughts?

Thanks
