Strange ... i called TerraHash yesterday 01.07 (the third time in the past days) concerning my bank wire transfer (transaction still not accounted at TH cleared 20.07). To check my transaction details i asked the guy at TerraHash to give me the exact bank details of TerraHash and he asked me if I could fill a ticket, I asked him if the ticket will also stay unanswered like my other six tickets I made and he told me no, he would answer asap. So I made the 7th ticket, which I needed to get all the details to check up my transaction with my bank.

And now the strange part ... i haven't received an answer on that ticket ... please TH answer that f** ticket ... :-( i need to verify my transaction to track it down ...

My tickets were over a refund. Same i had a lot of tickets unanswered.  They treated me bad on it.
 
I personally wont do business with TH in future, and that is if they have a future.  I hope they do pan out, but just a little different on customer service.  When money changed hands it seemed information slowed and how they treated me specifically changed.

I really makes my worry about ... the seriousity, if some one promises in a phone call he will do it asap ... and then just does nothing ... i mean i just wanted the bank details of terraHash to double check the transaction .... to see what went wrong ... a small step for TerraHash but a big loose in confidence ... now ...

Notice how they are quite?  *crickets*  No batch dates, no updates on paypal.  Personally I'm happy paypal is holding money (including mine) for time being.

i was just checking through the terrahash block chain and saw some good signs

they seem to have made orders for 20000 chips on june 20th and 10000 more on the on the ""22nd"" I think anyways they have one send of for 1564 and one for 782 which is the amount it costs for a batch buy

Ugh.., just called to check on my orders #1213 and #1336 still being On-hold ($ wired), but after a few rings got a message saying that voice mailbox has not been setup yet.

Terrahash's voicemail seems to work some of the time and other times say it's not setup.  Not inspiring a whole lot of confidence with that and going dark with no updates.  Grrrr...

No on the heat sinks, from what I understand that will be a big issue for many ordering just the boards. I have been searching around for sinks that would be a quick fit...but nothing really  pratical as of yet. Probably will have to be a custom made fit at best in short term, until someone specs them out and begins selling on ebay or in here?..here is a link with some insight.

Yes it is time for them to give us a courtesy update, even if to let us know they are alive and well...lol, I don't want to be strung along beyond the 45 day paypal backing without some varifiable movement on the boards and estimated ship dates...

indeed something to go figure out then , suppose I will be needing heatsinks and fans to mount on top of them , any idea if the klondike has connection fins for a fan , or a controller for that ? or do we have to hardcore hack a fan , and keep the temperture under control too ?

Actually boards are coming with heatsinks per Terrahash

1. Are you providing heatsinks on the finished boards?

2. if not can you provide measurements for a heatsink that would cover 4 chips on the K16?

3. Are you still planning to start pre-orders tomorrow without a working prototype?

4. Are you still planning to provide a copy of your chip order today as you mentioned?

5. When do you expect to have a working protoype to show mining?  K16 and K64?

5. Within 2 weeks. K64 is nothing but 4 K16s on the same board, daisy chained together.

Well yesterday would have been working prototype day but considering that reading posts from BKKcoins they are getting close but probably still a few weeks away.

I think good progress is being made.
