Isn't it ironic all these side projects that are going on with developers that have normal day jobs somehow find the time to post, and during a business holiday in the US, Terrahash still cannot find the time to post even a quick blurb. It has now reached the time that I call it a scam. I think most of you that are buying are the same type of person that I am, and dabble in multiple things at a time, and somehow still find time to come in the forums. It's obvious that Terrahash has no valid excuse at this point. Who the hell cares if it is a holiday weekend, there is no such thing if things such as a simple communication to your base is neglected for days.

There is nothing that could be said at this point that would tell me this was anything other than a project gone bad, and they decided to save themselves. Idiotic too, as all they had to do is simply post and they could have strung people along much, much longer.

Done. Paypal dispute being submitted on Monday, not waiting for any response. Any anger sensed in this message is directed only at myself for not seeing through this sooner.

Hey atomic, glad to see you again...Don't beat yourself up over this....we are all dissapointed. Even if they throw us a bone, i surely do not want to be part of another BFL senario. But your right here it is a U.S. Holiday for most but many make the time to check in on things anyways,,,,and mining is 24/7 for all of us. Apparently TH does'nt understand that. Anyways let me or us know what your results are with PP and TH,,,as I feel we will all be crossing that bridge soon...I hope we are all wrong on this one,,,but its not looking good for the home team Smiley ok,,, also, keep in touch just in case we can get something with a coop seeded. In the meantime lets all keep mining with what we have!

PLEASE READ GUYS"
You all know, as a whole, we represent quite a bit of buying power. ......Open for ideas and suggestions Smiley

I think this is a good idea, if TH turns out to be less than promised... I would totally be interested in that case, but I'm not ready to pull my order just yet.  We still have about a month to cancel with paypal.  In that time we should see TH letting us know where they are on the boards and receiving their chips.  That being said, the fact that TH has been online here and NOT posting does make one wonder, combined with the lack of response some have been reporting in the ticket system and difficulty getting them on the phone it doesn't look good, regardless of what may or may not be actually going on.  Going with KnC is a bigger investment than I have on TH, without much change.  It could be a hard choice depending on what we see from TH in the next couple weeks.  Maybe I'll just end up adding more GPUs to my LTC rig  ;P
Hey Im with ya in that regard...but many plan to cancel within the 45 day range, myself included. But have not thrown in the towel yet. But would be nice to have a list of interested folks. And its only a "Would Be Interested List". and I am looking at the same options as well, doubling my GPU farm which is lite coining right now...so I hear ya Smiley

well put me on the list and hope we don't need it then  Smiley

I will PM cryptcoin and see if he is interested in assisting with " The Co-op List" He has done a really good job creating and maintaing the order queue list for us all, since we have had nothing else to go on, and has done a super job with it. We should all at least try to send him a small thank you coin if nothing else,,,maybe at least .01 or more...if we havent already,,,it all adds up Smiley And remember this is just a maybe" list, but will keep us all together in here in case the worst happens with Th and perhaps give us some alternatives. I and hopefully others will take interest and contribute any expertise and idea's that could help it along if gets any traction.. Smiley

EDIT: I just sent cryptoin a note and copy of original post, ask if he would be interested in helping to start and maintain a list for us,,,told him I would understand fully if he does not want to, he has already contributed greatly on his own time...he seem like a pretty good guy either way... but to even get started we need someone with his skills to keep track of things. will follow up tomorrow, its late here.

BitFury... that is where you need to shift I think. Given they are shipping quickly and have STOCK in hand. Just need EU members to help you host or reship beyond EU.

I was under the impression that, under USA laws, anyone who uses bank wire transfer for a scam would be hunted by the FBI for a lifetime. Is this only in the TV series or is it a reality?

Is it so hard to find out which person/entity rented the office space TerraHash posted as their own, or whom the bank account which they used to receive money belongs? If they are a scam, can anyone try something like this and hope to get away with it?

*IF* this turns out to be a scam, and not just yet another amateur who has no clue of what they're doing, how to run a business, how to treat customers, etc.

realistically, whether the FBI would actually hunt him or not depends on the amount of the reported transaction, what evidence there is, and how many people were to file complaints.
Regardless, if the transaction crosses state lines and is done over a telecommunications device (internet connection qualifies as telecommunications device) or involves bank wire transfers, it is a federal crime that federal authorities would be the ones to persue; it would also be wire fraud which is a felony offense.

I think above all written between second last (what a coincidence Cheesy ) terrahash post and now, from all of users is a plain impatioence. As you know they might have a lot of orders to deal with and they mybe have to deal with every order specifically. They are also on begining, showing us great effort (which was also forced from users), in PCB assembly in a new office, they respond to a telephone calls, right when they can, and are allso watching this forum.

But because of our impatience, because of our forcing posts, compulsing words, they resist to answer. Even the most self confidence and patient human, gets its limit after a while of reading no, no, noes. The right thing would be to patiently wait for them, to respond, not let that fear of silence and pessimistic words, to overgrow also other forum members. There is many characters on this planet and all I can see is that you need confirmation, confirmation and confirmations, to be satisfied with yourself. Everyone can be satisfied with yourself if they would do just a little math, and take in the risk for a few months from now on. There will no be any dissapointments Smiley Even if it now bitcoin in donwride, a single 4.5GHs plate would do with a difficulty of 30mio and 1BTC worth of 200USD, still 350USD per month. But this is not what we are in for. We are also in for that we get as much as possible even mBTC, and store them for a while, since price will rise again.

I know that you are nervous because TH does not type anything. But think it that way, TH also show some of our users a blockade. Would you really like that they ignore us all? After everything they have more and more posts to read, and they cannot in one little post satisfy 100 last written posts. I personally think they are doing great job. They are full busy, they kept all the promises. And, please do people with paypal order, let me know, why are you going to cancel if you were in the first place FOR TH to include PAYPAL orders? And also to remember all with paypal order. You do not ease the bussines to TH if youre canceling via paypal. TH will refund you until your order isnt shipped. That was said! So IMHO you can forget 45 day dispute.

The life is in  your hands people. You can change your own decision, but NEVER decision of someone other. Think, how hard is to change yourself and you'll see that theres even no slightly option to change another.

That means they will start taking orders for those people who wish to supply their OWN chips and have them assembled onto a board.
