How long does it need to have a matured coins for staking?
around 24 hours. you need your wallet to unlock for staking and leave it open so that it will stake automatically by itself. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

new to deep onion, only have 169 onions staking any idea on how long before the first reward comes in... roughly?
With 169 it might take a while. What does it show for your current weight? around 500 for weight, guessing there is an average time expected, then if it rolls over it stacks the weight? The weight is kinda low.., but then again my is around 30k to 40k... Either way.. in the wallet click Help, then Debug Window and Console tab. type getstakinginfo Look at the last line that's estimate of the payout in seconds. so divide that by 60 to get minutes... etc... Don't look at it as a definite number.., it's just an estimate. It should give you some idea. |
