Less and less volume, this does not smell good for BCH... If the news to come were so good, why is it slowing down like this ?

Can you know where you see the volume go down?

The volume is quite stable, the price remains or even increases slightly. That's a very good sign, imagine where the price can go as soon as the volume increases

Look at binance, it was 10 000 BTC of volume 3 days ago, now 4000 ...

are normal volume peaks, please look at longer periods as the last month and not just the 3 days

It appears as though Bitcoin Cash is gaining on Bitcoin and the gap is tightening, I can see Bitcoin Cash moving up to the 3000 level soon as Bitcoin Cash fees for moving money is so low compared to Bitcoin not to mention way faster. The market rewards progress and there is some evidence that some Bitcoin is being converted to Bitcoin Cash.

Realy ? Show us the evidence and don't come with something that's bought by rick falkvinge  or roger ver .

It looks like the some evidence from yesterday turned in to no evidence today. Bitcoin increased by 700 on about 12 billion and Bitcoin cash increased about 120 on just over 1 billion. Today after the recent sell off would have been the day that shows the conversion and not only did it not happen, Bitcoin Is still king and its possible  now it may never happen as Bitcoin is too powerful of a storage of value.

Tons of posts on /r/btc from people "flipping". I think the level of shill/shrill has peaked in /r/Bitcoin and BTC is isn't WORKING. Mempool is at ATH again and fees are retarded. Forget about the backlogs and delays...

OK, Let's try it with cryptos, I will go first:

MY top Priorities (your can be different, but be honest please):
1. I can use it, merchants accept it and I can trade it on exchanges or with private parties
2. It's secure
3. It's safe from theft and govt meddling/inflation
4. Low fees

So far, BTC only fits 2 and 3 - 1 and 4 are gone due to Kore's retardedness/compromise

BCH fits all 4. Your turn.

No it was about the article that what you highlighted is bold was just a quote from it which is going to be biased due to the publication owner

Like ive said many many times BTC is prioritising chain optimisation this will allow roughly the same amount of transactions to fit in the current block space that BCH can fit in a 8MB block after this is done then yes a block increase will follow if it's needed but right now after all optimisations there is adequate capacity just be patient it's not a race to the finish

99% of BCH code was created by BTC devs and most likely futurecode will be too don't try and cut off the hand that feeds you

Come on teck, you're stalling. No more buzzwords and rhetoric. Just make your list of priorities - it will help you think this all through.

Looks like teck has had enough, maybe he's buying BCH now!

Or maybe he drove off in his teckmobile...

BCash will never cease to amaze me. What the F is it doing at 0.1915? Should be max 0.165... The only stable median in the chart.

Well done to the believers though. Happy you got what you wanted.

This is a bit sad if 0.195 is considered as the best thing it can do ...

That depends on how hard BTC falls. Could well be 1.95 after the flippening

But what about your 8MB blocks can't they cope and even with a full mempool BTC is still processing more transactions per block with a average of 2500tx/block on BTC and 800tx/block on BCH

Yes the BCH chain is being spammed with inefficient low value transactions but guess what most of the BTC chain is low value inefficient transactions

Well, to be fair, anyone sending a transaction on the BCH chain can probably get away with 5 sats per block an be included in the next block. However, the bottleneck on the BTC chain is at the 100-120 sat level. Only inconvenience is that everyone running a BCH full node has to store 8 MB of mostly trash transactions, every 10 minutes. Wonder what will happen when they hard fork BCH  and get rid of the block size limit? Are the miners going to process the trash or just ignore the low fee tx? We will see...

Edit: It appears that Antpool, BTC.Top and Mystery miners are limiting their blocksize to only 2MB. ViaBTC and Bitcoin.com are allowing up to the full 8MB. That really sucks that the Jihan Wu and friends only want to mine 2MB blocks.  Angry

Ohhh noes, ehrmagerd, it's 70MB!!!! Should we decrease the blocksize?!

It appears that Antpool, BTC.top and the Mystery miners have elected to decrease the blocksize.  Cool

Momentum is for going up. It looks like the run up is not over yet. The recent high of 0.292 BTC could be tested.

Now is the best time to buy as it's during a dip. It's too late to get in at a good price after its started the run up to a high.

Mempool garbage cleared in 16 hours. https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/uahf/#24h

The fees rose, and the spammer ran out of coin for his attack.  Kinda how Satoshi envisioned the network to work, self-regulated by economic self-interests. Any other questions or concerns? Or just more of the usual FUD?

The BTC chain is ALL super expensive transactions with up to 40% of UTXO completely unusable due to the high fees. Still hodling? Drinking any "champaign"?

How about answering the question?
