On the other side, in bitcoin cash, recovering the free beginnings of btc, free community without censorship, without fud, without lies, and most importantly ... bch is now working |

Why on earth ppl love to dillute their coins?
ETH by ICOs, BTC by 'secure' side coins and atomic swaps?
Pls have a look on coinmarketcap et al and do a simple math... it is not that hard.
Sound money is about hard scarcity. Ppl who do not get this better stay in fiat.
Bitcoin is different and it is cash.

It's not ready the tools are hard to use and must be build from source plus without knowledge on how to use them then yes you will lose money But with all that said the amount of channels showing up is increasing at high rate currently LN has 60 nodes and 103 channels. Once stable user friendly tools are available with precompiled binaries for Windows, max and Linux etc then these will increase at a alarming rate LN on testnet currently has 3210 channels open and from what I've used on testnet the experience has been blazingly fast with a highly connected mesh network non of this hub and spoke crap LN transactions use onion routing similar to the way tor works no node has any information about it's final destination or who it is from just where it goes next. Bitcache was tested using many different technologies I remember you lot shouting that it was going to use Bitcoin cash but on the end it was not suitable go figure |

I dunno easy money why have something that's high value when you can make loads by owning lots of low value stuff and keeping most for yourself to sell later The thing that has shocked me the most recently was bitconnect since it is now a collapsed ponzi and the value crashed fast to about $7 and should be totally dead now yet people are still buying BCC tokens I mean the other day is was up nearly 400% in 24 hours i mean who the f**k is buying collapsed ponzi coins. It's ok saying BTC went from 100% to 50% 30% etc due to reason x or y but when you consider there are now over well over 1000 coins/ico's this is still a huge share and people are still willing to buy these collapsed ponzi coins tells you a lot and there are no limits of how low people will stoop if they think money is to be made |

Since icebreaker did not/cannot answer this...i will put this forward again(and again) to all the old btc segwetters...
For weeks i have been asking segwetters about a thread dedicated to segwit/lightning on bitcointalk.
I cant find any big active segwit thread , with a regular large community or core devs teaching anyone here,
The segwetters should be trying to help people adopt this wonderful stuff they claim will work and people will use.
The way segwetters speak , you would expect a thriving community, lots of users,lots of views and replies... where is it?

It's here now and growing fast very fast to say you need to be fairly advanced in linux just to run a node https://lnmainnet.gaben.win/#Yes it's still in beta and not user friendly and yes if you do not know what you are doing then there is a high risk of lost funds but it won't be that long before stable pre compiled binaries are available with user friendly gui's |
