The reserved 29% are described in the whitepaper. Here is the part about this:

b) 29% of all tokens will be retained for future reserve: They will be held in a multisig and are intended
to be slowly distributed to contributors and partners in the network periodically at a later date to foster
growth.  (see  “Tokenomics”  section).  Half  of  the  reserve  will  not  be  accessed  for  a  minimum  of  4

total token for sale is 50-100 million (soft cap & hard/security cap)
so far 9,315,418 REAL Tokens sold https://www.real.markets

It has reached $10 million already and that is a good amount already but too far from the soft cap.
When will this ICO end? Currently I see we are in the 20% bonus now, I like to ride.

Maybe the total amount is far away from the soft Cap now, but you have to see it in context. If you have watched the last ICOs than you can observe that nearly every Project has big difficulties with collecting money. Therefore, the amount, wich real collected up to now, is pretty nice.

Yes, this is because so many ICO projects at this time ! But this real estate project will collect all that is necessary, I don't doubt it

The token sale will end on 30 September and they already received more than 34.000 ETH but thats all stated on their website https://www.real.markets/ or discussed prior in this thread. You can look up the roadmap on the website aswell.

I think they will go for business offices, instead of student housing. Student always dont have much money for living, but businesses are bound to pay the rent and will pay a much higher amount than students, imo.
