I'm wondering which type of buldings they gonna buy in november, my guess if offices/ apartments for students, not really vacation houses, Spain's islands tourism boom from june to september

Of course they won't go for already hyped expensive vacation houses.

They don't have limitless funds to do so, at best they will have 22m $ to spend.

So i believe, they will look for cheap places which have potential. It would be interesting to see, what they have choose.

Never trust any message on slack that is scam just follow the official ICO website I also think there is no such a campaign active at the moment better avoid all promo campaign about invest through slack message.

If it was the same notification I got, they rebuild the official website and put their ETH-Address on it. So before sending your money to somewhere always double check that the website-address is spelled correctly and that your are on the official website  http://www.real.markets !

They are already negotiating possible projects with potential partners. One of the projects they consider to pursue are indeed students apartments.

whats total supply of tokens and what's minimum softcap and minimum hardcap requirement?

total token for sale is 50-100 million (soft cap & hard/security cap)
so far 9,315,418 REAL Tokens sold https://www.real.markets

But they said if they don't reach the soft cap they will even start the project. They will just adjust their budget according to their raised funds.

what you do is actually hold the tokens until the moon in value. the tokens can also be used on the real platform.

Take care of scam. Don't waste your eth for scammer, follow only the information on the ico site and take the time to control information. Keep your eth for REAL ico instead of scam !
I think real can reach the hard cap, but even if we don't the project has already raised 34k eth, a pretty huge amount. REAL could already do great things with that. And investors continue to come and want to join real project !

At least if it was posted as a scam, it's better than someone unknowingly clicking on it on another site and getting scammed. If it is posted with a scam notification and someone clicks/invest on it without reading the post, they have no one but themselves to blame.

Congratulations on the success of the pre-sale. I really feel like this project is THE RE based one to take part in this year, and will set the mold others will try to clone.

This is one of the few projects where the team actually invested in their company, 1/3 mil! This does says something that they are committed to their project. Congrat Real.

Wow, didn't know that. That's impressive. Unlike other projects who raise millions so they are set for life salary wise, even if the project itself fails.
