independent Catalonia, I hope they, dev,  and the coin REAL will benefit form that. They are having some hard times in Catalonia tho.

as a Spanish Citizen, i can tell you that theres is NOT such thing as Independent Catalunya in any way shape or form.

whats happening in Catalunya is a Coup Attempt.

President of Catalunya Carles Puigdemont has declined to present his indenpendence project in the chamber of the deputees. because it is unconstitutional and he would be arrested on spot and inmediatelly impeached.

Catalunya is a autonomous community as the rest of the autonomous communities in Spain... IT IS STILL PART OF THE REIGN OF SPAIN!

if a company leader has these separatist ideas in his mind and he gets the company involved (wich BTW he openly stated was going to be based in SINGAPORE!)... one can suspect that he is using that as an excuse to run away with the money because at this point, things in catalunya concerning business is "business as usual". (Catalonians have the reputation among Spaniards to be VERY VERY STINGY)

now, the only individual with some decent credibility in the team was the one that never spoke openly wich is the guy from Idealista (cant remember his name).

I don't understand why this token would ever trade above its ICO value. All it does is provide you with the right to buy into their real estate assets (by acquiring RPP tokens), but there are no other benefits to REAL token holders. For that reason, it should always be pegged to fiat value, with a potential illiquidity discount.

It's the the RPP tokens that should fluctuate in price based on the value of the underlying real estate.

The only point where REAL tokens should maybe appreciate is after the team has realized a long track record of successful investments based on a competitive advantage they hold. At that point people might be willing to pay a premium to buy REAL tokens just for the chance to invest in the real estate.

On the other hand, it makes sense for the tokens to be trading below ICO value until the first properties are available to invest in. Until then, they are just sitting idle so there's a big opportunity cost for holding them.

So the when the tech is ready should theoretically have no impact on the token price either. The big question is when will that first property be available?

I joined this ICO because I believe in this project...am I scarred because price dropped after 15 DAYS OF CLOSED TOKEN SALE ? LOL NO, I bought some more thanks to those rotfl weak hands
