I also often joke with my friends while gambling, let me tell you briefly. When my friends gamble on pragmatic games, I usually heat them up so they increase their bet amount. For some reason my email provider does not get the statistics email when I request them.
I asked support about it and they say "check spam folder" and so on but obviously I did that already. Really wonder what the problem is.
Also when I asked they said they can't send it to me in the chat, I have to request it.
Thought about just changing my email to maybe receive it there but that's an even bigger task at stake. If you want to change your email they require so much information, it's crazy. They want to see the wallet of transactions way from the past, sometimes that's impossible if a person deleted that wallet for example.

It's true they can stop with a strong intention and that will encourage them to stop being gamblers. But the problem is that those who are addicted don't think about it that way. This is my personal experience when dealing with people who have gambling addiction.
