I am even curious, what exactly is holding or stopping you guys from verifying your account?, atleast my account on stake is verified and I can confirm that the verification process is one of the simplest I've ever come across, I didn't even have to submit my document twice, once I submitted it, I was verified, you guys can do same.

Maybe you do not mind to upload your personal documents in gambling sites but some others are not willing to do the same because of their own reasons. It has nothing to do how simple or how fast the process of the verification but it is more about preferences. One more thing, KYC is still optional thing in Stake so players are free to choose whether to do it or not. Even if it will be mandatory in the future, players still have their own right to do it to continue play or to skip it and leave Stake.

Yes you are right, not everyone will be willing to do KYC and that is their right in my opinion. Moreover, Stake does not require its users to do KYC, even though it is more recommended for security reasons and others. But for users who are not willing to do it, then it's legal.
In fact, many of them actually chose gambling sites that did not make KYC a must and left sites that enforced KYC.
This is up to each decision, as long as the site doesn't require it, then it's legal to do it.

Yeah, both of you are right, but my comment was and is target to those complaining about receiving bonuses that are or were lower than the expected, and one even citing non kyc as the reason, I know that kyc on stake is not mandatory, I myself decided on my own to go through the verification process, it's not like I was enforced to do it, its a personal decision.

So my kyc suggestion was directly to those complaining about getting bonus amount that is lower than the amount they were expecting, it's just my way do saying "why complain when you have the option to double your bonus amount but decide not to take it".

Both, monthly as well as weekly bonuses got significantly worse, I can tell (super disappointed, yesterday`s monthly was underwhelming) - this is interesting even more so since we have seen significant declines on other sites as well.

Reality is, stake has gone downhill. Besides being run by racist owners, racist support, nothing is good on their site anymore. I know someone who lost 100k since last monthly and got a $700 monthly lol.

Oh and if you don’t believe me about the racism, here’s just one example of Stunna using a word that if he used in real life someone would put a bullet right in his head.

So, old-user still can play without KYC until Stake ask us to verified our account. If I was not wrong, about these KYC stuff on Stake maybe someone have more information but as far I know only new user.

Yeah, going by the new updated terms and service we were made to accept before entering the casino some weeks back, you are absolutely correct, that actually skipped my mind though, and I think that since kyc have become mandatory for new users, it's only a matter of time before it becomes mandatory for old users as well, though stake did not categorically made mention of whether kyc will ever become mandatory for old users, but I know that at some point, it will surely become, so we as old users, most especially those who have not kyced should enjoy the privilege given us at the moment for it won't last for ever 😉.

deposit address  available when the KYC has been approved if I'm not mistaken this rule has been active since 2021/2022 based on international regulations.

Regarding the monthly bonus this time I can't compare it because my account only gets reload lol, if there is a problem, usually the team will confirm via telegram or when Eddie livestream I was sure there would be many users who asked so let's wait.

How is it possible? They don't disclose how the bonus amount is calculated but it is not logical to get a $700 monthly bonus after losing $100k...
BTW, yeah Stake is not the same as it was 2 years ago.

They usually ask for a deposit confirmation page screenshot from your original crypto wallet so it will be easier to verify you are the real owner of the Stake account. This rule is active because some users try to hack or sell old VIP Stake account for making money and the KYC compliance team doesn't tolerate such facts, IMO.

Which international regulations are you referring to precisely ? Because AFAIK at most casinos, you don't need to make a KYC in order to open an account or to deposit funds, except for big amounts maybe. In addition new casinos and sportsbooks are mostly decentralized now (dapps) and you don't even need to give your email address in order to play and to get your winnings, so hard times are coming for Stake with such policies IMO. On top of that slots/gambling streams don't seem to attract many people anymore.

Ah yes maybe I missed this because I am an old user who still enjoys the game without having to do KYC. I agree with you, maybe this is a step to tighten security and such so that new users are required to do KYC first before registering. And I also have the same view, with the passage of time maybe old users will also be required to do KYC, but we'll see what changes Stake will make regarding the old user rules.

I am only speculating here, but i am guessing that mandatory kyc will eventually apply to everyone, in every casino dealing with stablecoins or fiat money that is.

As this seems like a temporary solution to eventually fill regulatory demands.
 
Because when you think about it, asking kyc for just for newcomers doesn't really make sense unless it's a step by step system. As confirming IDs and scaling the process for applying to everyone instantly would require insane amount of work and it would take time while customers would need to wait in line for approval. Step by step system seems to make most sense to me.

That's how i am reasoning it anyway and i am not against kycs. I see them as necessary evil, however i wish someone would make a ZK based identification system to prevent id thefts via hacks.

Claimed the weekly bonus and I got $4 more than what I got last week, but I have also say that my wager this week is not even 1/3 from what I did last week.
I can say that they add what people missed last week, one of my friends also received much bigger amount this week.
He said he received $25 only last week and today he received more than $85 but of course he loss more this week compared to the previous week.
Well, I cant complain as I think what I got today is fair enough if I look at my wagering and my statistic this week.

They have added double the base amount for VIP users, which is why many users got more than the average weekly bonus amount. Steve didn't make it right for last week's weekly bonus, so it is logical to see an increase on the base amounts. That is why they have announced this info on their VIP telegram page. When Eddie manages streams at Saturdays, such things don't happen but it is possible when the stream is managed by Steve.
BTW, that code has a higher wager requirement so it is for high-rollers.

I think you are actually wrong.
KYC Level has some extra bonus you can get maybe around 15-20% for the bonus, depending on the KYC level you are applying.

KYC verification has indeed an impact on the bonus amount. Stake team has mentioned it several times in their telegram channel that a user will receive 15% to 20% extra amount for completing different levels of KYC verification. Stake team has sent an email today with the offer of extra bonuses for completing level two KYC verification. @ryzaadit, have you received this email from Stake today?

I just checked my mail box for the same email but found nothing, except for the bonus claiming reminder, shows they selectively sent the email only to users are still yet to verify their account up to level two..

Anyways, stake did well though by giving the old users the liberty to choose to verify their account or not, and I personally think the increased bonus will encourage alot of old users to go through the verification, 10 to 15% is a nice addiction most especially if the expected bonus is a reasonable amount of money.

Like I mentioned early, stake did well not making the bonus mandatory for old users, but right now, I am wondering what could happen if they decide to make mandatory for every user, will you stop gambling on stake.?
