The code is always has some error "unknown error", is happening during the stream. Why I know? because I also claim the code and following the claim code:
- Uknow error every time claiming
- During the claim, nothing is happening
- The claim reward has a delay.

My waggering around 10K are happening after the reset is on Saturday (6/4).

Well, according to Eddie, these errors happen ...because their system were not developed for 1000s of people claiming bonus codes at once. It overloads their claim option and then generates these errors. You should just continue claiming the bonus code, until you get it. It can sometimes take 2 or 3 .... or even up to 10 times.

The thing is, you are competing against many other people who are also getting these errors and there are only a limited amount of codes to claim. If you try to claim too many times in quick concession.. you get the Captcha ... and that can kick you out of the race.

Checked my inbox immediately after I read your post, luckily I do not find the same email as you have received from the scammer who try to steal your account by giving fake/phishing link. If it was due to the leaked email addresses, there must be many users received the same email, hopefully no one is trapped. The scammer know that many users are waiting for the monthly bonus so they use this trick to trap those who are so excited waiting for the monthly bonus.  

I also did not find it in my email I also asked some of my friends to make sure it is not trapped and yeah they did not find it so it's strange why the scammer skipped us. I know a few months ago news about the leakage of the email they even sell email data to the market, therefore stake.com increases security for example at this time to send tips required OTP which sent to email. But yeah however this information is very important, it's better to anticipate.

The mechanism is simple: Find casino Telegram groups and use auto-message Telegram bots to send one-time messages. Even if they can catch 1 user per 100 request, it is big deal for such scammers.

This is reminder to verify all the information we receive since phishing link like this will pop up anywhere and target those people who actively engaging on the community. I was spying in local chat room earlier this morning for several minutes and I read some chat messages about this email and the messages came from low rank members as well (below Platinum 1) and few Platinum 4 users (and above) confirmed in chat that they do not receive the email. It means that the scammer did it randomly without looking at the rank.

I'm platinum 4 as well but there is no email like what you got in my inbox, I have no idea where do the sender get your email while you claim that it is an email that you use for Stake account only.
In the contrary, I use the email for 2-3 other gambling accounts IIRC because I did not use to use 1 email for 1 account in the past.
Surprisingly there is no official announcement from Stake about this scam attempt, usually Stake announce something to warn their players when there are many reports about phishing attempt but not for this time.
I guess it has nothing to do with leaked emails, if this scam attempt use leaked data then there must be so many users received the same email then report it to Stake and Stake should have announced it at least in their telegram.

I dont think higher profit will decrease our bonus but higher loss will increase our bonus. It wont make any sense if higher profit decrease the bonus, as someone may get nothing if it is implemented to the calculation of the bonus. I'm guessing there is still at least a minimum bonus amount for each rank (will be decreased if there is no activity) and additional amount will be based on wagering stats + losing stats only. Profit wont affect the bonus because if players are in profit then Stake will use rank + wagering stats only imo. I'm not sure about house edge, afaik it does affect on the rakeback only but I might be wrong.

Exact method of bonus calculation is unknown and we have no clear idea on what makes it higher or lower, sure it makes sense to say that losing more should mean a lot more bonus, that is understandable because that makes sense even if you do not know, but there is no guarantee about it, higher profit shouldn't increase or decrease our bonus but based on wagering maybe you could have more.

So some guy who wagered 100k and lost 10k could get less bonus than some guy who wagered a million dollars but made 50k profit, because there is 10x higher wagering there, and that could be a good reason as well, the more you wager the more you profit. So in the end, we are talking about a good amount of profit here no matter what, and that could be a good reason why profiting doesn't prevent you from making more.

Don't know if there was a phishing email in November. I never click on links anyway.

Also the telegram message was kind of anonymous, because it was kind of a group many people got added to. There is no visual connection between user's telegram and their official stake account.

The email and username data is 100% from the stake hack several months back when a lot of user data was stolen.

Maybe it starts at platinum 4  . Since these players also receive a host, but who knows right.
Anyway, I'm not stupid enough to fall for these thing, no worries. I have seen it all and this makes me very careful.
