That said, this regulation of a thing can't be blamed on Stake still, is Stake a no-KYC casino? No. The world is revolving, and things change. Stake.com should've implented this wayyyyyyyy earlier and should've had systems in place to not cause players from self-excluded countries like me to be able to register with the corresponding address, phone number etc. They willingly scammed the shit out of many players while acting like nothing happens at all. This change comes way too late to be called a smart move really. If they would've had this done earlier they could've gotten away without a investigation launched by me from the ESBK and a potential civil lawsuit as a criminal complaint.

So, it is going to be positive for a few many bettors.
