I am taking a break from stake for now and just collect what's left in weekly/monthly and whatever. Maybe at some point I will get those "we miss you, here is a bonus" emails, who knows. Until then no depo, no wager, break time.

Yeah if I don't have any wager (or at least 50k) in the next 3 months I will for sure lose the host "privilege". But it is my understanding that you can get your host back if you pick it up again. As of now I don't really care too much since the host is not really doing anything for me tbh. Reloads are as mentioned smaller than somewhere else, I don't get any other bonus unless I would lose quite a bit cause I am a good far away from my "all time loss high". And to get the top VIP bonus these days you must have at least around 300k in wager within 1 month. Better to stay away for a while and maybe get a good return offer after some months. I got your point and the reasoning makes sense, yeah maybe because you are high rollers so you don't care about that and you don't need to say tiny fish because in fact on the weekly code you only need $100k wagered to be called a high rollers, I can estimate your average monthly wager   I see your account is going to Diamond level, have you ever thought about the benefits you get as a Diamond user? The UK isn't a big market for Stake. So, it isn’t going to be a very big damage for Stake. I also think that there isn't going to be any effect between the sponsorship deal of Stake and Everton for this. Premier League clubs are allowed to show the gambling sites name in front of their t-shirt until the end of 2025-26 season. So, I guess they will keep it as it is until then.

But I don't think this is an accurate comparison because it seems UK players are using different site/url I mean not Stake.com but Stake.uk.com so we don't really know how big the potential loss of players there and I think UK players are in the top 5 imo. Several sources reported that Stake will look for another country as a replacement Italy and Brazil are on the main list. This step must be taken because in the next few seasons, Premier League regulations will remove all gambling brands, not only Stake.com but all casinos/sportsbook. My wife's account, which hadn't seen any gameplay or deposit in over 2 years also got 10$ weekly. Hmm, ok? 

I asked a friend and his weekly doesn't jump down that hard either. Like when he had let's say 25$ weekly and then 0 wager he still got like 15$ the next week, then 12$ -> 10$ and so on. I fall from hero to 0 in an instant.

I came not to answer but to share my experience from some friends, because honestly I am also a little confused about the weekly bonus calculation. In your case, the account inactive for 2 years but can claim $10 weekly bonus, my friend is Platinum 2  inactive for almost 5 months and at that time he claimed a weekly bonus of around $0.5 so from these 2 cases, what is the most appropriate reason why this could happen?

I think for some reason sometimes they don't count wager or activity from each account and only inject basic bonuses, so even if the account is inactive users can still claim bonuses. The question is what is the reason they do it? may be late in summarizing wagering statistics from each account while bonuses must be distributed on Saturday or is this purely a miscalculation? This Saturday I was one of the users who couldn't claim the weekly bonus on the first link so I waited about 30 minutes to get a new link and claim it.

That must be typo and I believe you meant to say 150k wager, not 150k tickets because if it is 150k tickets means that you wagered $150 million and $135 as weekly bonus would be too low if you wagered $150 million.
Anyway, there are many similar case like yours because every single week there are always some users who are claiming that they get less and some others claim that they get more than what they expected.
I'm not sure what is wrong but I think Stake need to review their bonus calculator or bonus system because there can be miscalculation due to unknown glitch on their system.
