I think banks considered bitcoins as a threat... Why?..bitcoin chooses no one..bitcoin doesnt need to much information to access it. You can pay bills without any hustle if you have phone and a connection you can easily do buy and sell and make some payments. Unlike in banks they will ask you many documents before transacting. They need to know you everything you disclose to them should have a basis and must be legal. Most of the banks are strict and has many restrictions but compare to Bitcoin if you want to pay bills you can make payments without disclosing informations you do not want to disclose. In Bitcoin they make our life more convenient.

I do not think that will happen. We need banks for the economy. Tell bitcoin to become such a huge bank to shut down. How will you handle fraud? How will you borrow? This is not possible without a bank, and bitcoin can not solve the problem like this.
Yeah I think it is quite possible that banks start a war against bit coin soon because of its increasing popularity among the people belonging to different regions of the world. Banks feel more unsecured because of the following characteristics of bit coins: Encrypted virtual currency Anti theft Exponential growth Decentralized currency Globally accepted While all of those are great reasons for banks to feel threatened about bitcoin the most simple is that bitcoin is a competitor to their monopoly, not only they have gold as a competitor, however banks do not fear gold, they beat it once and think they will be able to beat it again, but with bitcoin they are facing something completely new for which they do not have a direct way to destroy it so they know the war is going to be a very long one if they decide to fire the first shoot.

Banks are not related to anything because they still benefit from every bitcoin conversion to fiat, the bank simply does not mind and is even very ready if bitcoin keeps growing. They are just waiting to see when the government will issue a bitcoin regulatory policy, because they are very waiting when bitcoins are listed in the official currency exchange list on their exchange list.

The bankers, they can start with the cover but they will start talking about religious freedom, speech, and things like that. Instead, they will do what they do with Islam for example, they take action for pedophiles and terrorists, arms dealers and drugs,

I think they have already started. And the question in which everyone is interested is why. There are several reasons why banks are against Bitcoin. First of all, banks are used to controling and letting all financials flow through themselves. All banks are also inherently linked to the state bank. The state bank of the country will always strive to make banks more profitable. Bitcoin is decentralized, anonymous and uses the minimum transaction fee. Banks are not interested in it, this is not profitable for them. The war against bitcoins is waged not only by banks, but also by the government, as government and banks work together.

The bank seems to still not care about bitcoin, maybe the bank thinks that bitcoin market share is still very small and not to think about, other than that the bank feels that bitcoin is illegal so all countries will never use bitcoin.

Yes it is starting be signed by bans bitcoin usage on every countries for example the government of China banned bitcoin and any other related with digital coins, icos and the activity of mining soon, many banks being hate to bitcoin and altcoins due to they can not do control of bitcoin, they can not hold the money in bitcoin on their business, it is mean their income lost too. Especially the income from remittance, with bitcoin sending money around the being more cheap and fast than banks.

One could argue the banks are already at war with Bitcoin. Jamie Dimon's comments last week sent the price of BTC into a tailspin. We will start to see a focused and consistent campaign by such commentators intensify over time. I get it, they are in control and want to stay in control. They will have govt help in this endeavour as well as central banks get to work. The largest threat is legislation though.

I know we are still at a start of cryptocurrencies, but bitcoin is growing with lightning speed right now and some banks already see it as a potential threat. There has been a lot of accusations form banks, that bitcoin is perfect for money laundering and is used for supporting crime. I think they can do a lot of harm to bitcoin market and they will eventually start with harsh campaign against it. Do you think it will happen and when?
I think that the banks will start now/ is now happening a war against bitcoin because some country the other banks will not allowed it to enter in their economy now the other country like china have a battle with bitcoin they can't let the bitcoin eat or be bound by the bitcoin .

If there have been many countries that legalize bitcoin and the world's population have used bitcoin then maybe the banks and also the government will fight bitcoin. I do not think bitcoin should be resisted, I just hope bitcoin will continue to be supported for the advancement of a developing country economy.

When banks accuse bitcoin of being shady or for money laundering I think the best phrase to use involves a pot, a kettle and the colour black.

Some bank have already started war with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I'm satisfied with banks that are trying to implement Blockchain technology, they might have realised that the won't stop the revolution.

What the Chinese is only the beginning. There is no doubt other countries and regions will start to impose restrictions. This is the natural flow of events revolving around concepts and ideas that threaten the status quo. It is quote surprising that it has been allowed to reach the levels it already has. Most people are prepared for a lot more volatility in these markets as a result.

We may not know if that’s could really happen in the future. It is really impossible for me to happen in my opinion because I think employees of bank also wants bitcoin, but I don't think owners of the bank would like it also. And they are too different from each other. Bitcoin is really different with bitcoin, I think that there is no problem with it.

You need to understand what are the motifs behind such accusations. Money is now laundered mostly by USD which is supposed to be regulated currency but you don't see anyone talking crap like: "we need to shut down dollar because it's used for money laundering and terrorism funding". Basically they understand the potential threat and what the decentralization might mean for the current banking system. So they do what any outdated surpassed system did in the past - try to fight against the changes.
