Hi All,

Have had masive problems with X10 miners dropping connection, - no devices running & 11 connection refused.

I have used firmware from the BK GitHub, still the same.
Can anyone confirm if this is new Firmware for fixing these issues or if it is just the firmware we have available in general?

I have tried updating and still the same. Driving to the Datacentre every day to manually re-boot miners that dropped out.

what is your setup? does each of you units have their own power supply? or are you sharing power supplies? what kin dof power supply are you using? did you make sure that each unit has its own worker? are you using the monitoring program? how hot are you running them? are you keeping it under 40 degrees c?

OK maybe not confirmed lol. I hear the file in the Goog Drive may be only from yesterday?
If so give it a whirl! i will be Cheesy

I have 2 on their own PSU, and 2 together on 1 PSU. Bitmain APW3++ psus.
Doesnt seem to matter TBH. I had 3 on 1 psu, thought it was that and changed it but they still go down. even with 1 psu.

sounds like you have a faulty orange-pi, get a replacement unit or just purchase an extra pi from them.

Some funny guy reported the pool as "malicious content" because of the miner downloads and google blocked it because of that request...

It should be back online without the warning in a few hours

What do you mean? Like when you navigate to the https:// url it doesn't work?

I'm able to access it just fine.  Maybe it's fixed now?

Just received my 2 Giant X10  Cheesy Cheesy at last!

It wasn't that late, taking into consideration the Holidays period!

1st, lets hope for operations with minimal problems as it seems to cause lots of them Cheesy
2nd, any one would like to propose a pool to point these midgets?

Thanks and hope you all happy mining!

google gives a warning that the site may not be secure. but suprnova put a tweet out saying someone reported them or they got flagged something like that but everything is safe and theyre sorting it out. ive still been getting payed out just fine.

I bought a Giant+ just before they dropped the X10, luckily they didn't add x13,x15,quark and qubit otherwise they would have totally screwed me.  Now with the giant B they say they have not got price or shipping date yet there is asic seller on facebook bithashmining who has confimed that the first batch of miners has been sold privately to bulk buyers and has confirmed price of £9000 (his price) and shipping date of February.  These people are way too dodgy to deal with in the first place but with that sky high price i think ill stay well away.

If you read the last few pages of this thread, you should get a good idea about what people are doing with these presently. There are many options that will produce returns for you.  "Best" really depends on what you are looking to do with it. ie: Collect FIAT, amass BTC, or speculate in some altcoin of your choice.

Anybody got problems with miningpoolhub?

This morning it stopped adding balance to my wallet. Dashboard looks good, all workers running. The pool finding blocks. This sucks! :/

I only used miningpoolhub for one day, maybe here is someone using them longer?

Thx

Currently happening to me. I think its just a lag. Cuz hasnt been a problem for the three days ive been using them. I would wait it out a little longer before resetting anything.

I pointed my miners to a other pool. Thought there is something wrong.

My manual cash out finally worked I think, wallet is empty. But no other value were added. I maybe try it for a few hours.

If anyone got news if it works pls

Update:
Nope it doesn’t work.  Undecided

Have just installed the new SD card updated. will see if this stops the errors.

You are not alone, mate!

Anybody has something like a changelog for the newer firmware 1.1? I really dont like the silence of Baikal. Suddenly theres a new firmware uploaded (but no announcment). So what is it all about, Baikal? Please keep us a bit more up2date. We feel a bit abandoned.

what temps do you have for chips and orange pi when mining qubut or quark algo's? Mine are 37 for chips and 49 for pi. i wonder what temp range is safe for a miner?
