Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

We require KYC from all contributors. This makes us more confident and should make our investors more confident as well.

The coin has no dividends doesn't mean ico will be open for US citizens. They have some more rules to obligate for make it happen.

We can't know sure it is open for US citizens before dev announces it so wait for it.

A big factor is the risk appetite of the project team. Some may decide to play it safe and not open it to US citizens, especially in-case the laws are changed against their favour in the future.

It's possible I hope devs are in contact with US. Will be very good for ICO if US citizens are allowed.

I'm not sure about the item distribution. Of course having different % of rarity is allright, but the same amount of items for each? I'd change their proportion similarly to the rarity.

As has been mentioned several times, we do accept US citizens into the ICO. GZR is not a security.

I think is good they have diversity even for unfathomable items. That means that the chance to get such an item is already very low and even if you get lucky, there is a high chance others will have different unfathomable items so yours will be even more unique since there will be 50 different ones.

I notice you accept USD for crowdsale. I thought ICO's are forbidden in USA, how will you handle USD transactions from US citizens?

There are so many countries that use the USD as a currency, and so many people around the world own USD, so I guess US citizens are not their main target. I dont see this becoming an issue.

Exactly, usd is bitcoin of the fiat. In every place of the world, you can easily access to usd. So accepting usd and don't let us citizens participate is two different thing.

Ok makes sense. I am just worried a bit with regulations and stuff. I dont want Gizer to get in trouble with any Government, it would be bad for my investment Smiley

Yes I dont see a direct link with accepting USD and the forbidden ICO regulation in USA. The more currency Gizer accepts, the better imo

I don't think they will classify as a security in my opinion so they will be open for US investors. I could be wrong, maybe the DeV can give a response to the security issue?

well, is not producing any dividends so i don't think there are going to be any problems on this subject

If you buy token, token goes up and you sell for higher, isnt that considered dividens?

I think there is a difference between dividends, which you will receive for holding a token and get a part of the income of the company, and dividends which is made out of trading your coins or what ever.

Totally different. Dividends are typically profits spread amongst all token holders. So you keep your all of your tokens and earn profits on them just for holding. If you just sell you tokens for profit, it's not dividends because now you no longer have any tokens.

Thanks for clarifiying this. So the token part I got right, the other one, well yes, it's of course just profit. Was a bit confused because everyone was talking about devidends here too, so I thought maybe this is also a common word for this too.

that's good to know. I know at least one project that was shut down due to US legal issues so I'm glad you're staying on top of it.

I read that Gizer has already partnered up with a big player, and the first game where the gizer integration is going to happen is called Bazoo, you can find it on google play. This is very promising imo

I don't have an Android phone. Have you tried the game? I'm interested to hear how it is.

Gizer has already parterned up with Bazoo mobile game. For those who don't have an android phone , you can always play mobile games from your desktop using the bluestacks app , you will find it on if you search on google.

Here is the Bazoo game :

Download link -> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iscoolentertainment.bazoo&hl=en

Cheers Gizers!

Seems its a quite popular game...
6,849 rewiews in total
and  Installs 100,000 - 500,000

 Shocked
In fact, I see a lot of free games on the phone, there are many interesting games.
But on the PC, you still need a powerful computer to run.

I am not a gaming expert by any means, but that Bazoo game looks like a totally different genre and style than for example the Call of Duty and CS GO I see on the front page.

From their point of view its good news but for investors it might be better to hold higher percatage of coins after ICO and make US citizens buy it from them and raise the value later on.
