Any type of currency can be used by criminals. I don't think that terrorists use bitcoin while buy weapons

There's always good and bad in everything. The internet was suppose to help students to improve in class but it's more on the opposite. Bitcoin is made for improving our economy but bad people used it for crimes.

Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks; managing transactions and the issuing of bitcoins is carried out collectively by the network. Bitcoin is open-source; its design is public, nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part. Through many of its unique properties, Bitcoin allows exciting uses that could not be covered by any previous payment system.

Yes bitcoin are used in crimes because it is intractable network based currency. Bitcoin help criminals to attacks. Internet and computer security is extremely weak, while hackers have been getting much more sophisticated, so it would make sense that attacks would rise. It is clear that Although bitcoin is a secure currency yet it can be dangerous.

Bitcoin can be the best payment criminals can ever had. Since transaction cannot be track and they remain anonymous that way. Base on what i heard they are using darkwebs in order not to be track by their IP.

Since btcoin was an right of entrance source, it is not fantastic that bitcoin was best used if the person is a bad person were they are abusing the usage of bitcoin. But if the individuals are not play a role any illegal happening bitcoins will be abuse of course.

Just because you do not know the method of hacker attack your system, so, you do not know the solution to avoid it. Nothing is safe 100% and risk 100%, everything all balance and as long as you understand how it works, you can avoid it.

It seems to me that the dollar and the euro are much more used for criminal purposes than bitcoin, but this is not a reason to forbid them. If someone says that cryptocurrencies support crime, then this is nonsense)

In this scheme, I don't quite understand how they quietly cash out bitcoins to pay suppliers of equipment. Another thing, if the providers accept bitcoin. Then again, it is unclear how providers will cash out bitcoin to Fiat. Or is it only in some countries problems with the exchange of bitcoins?

As more and more banks and governments are starting to take Bitcoin and blockchain technology seriously, you will see that cryptocurrencies will be used to counter crime rather than stimulate it. Maybe some banks have just been telling scary stories about Bitcoin to delay the inevitable while they prepare their systems for acceptance. In other words, make people sell so they can buy low.

Precisely this - treat the disease not a symptom.  Go after the criminals for the crime they actually committed.  The bottom line is governments want the ability to track every penny you spend/take in so they can get a cut.  They care way way more about that than the small amount of crypto used in crimes.

Yes, definitely, every year the New Year sees a big increase in the rate due to the high activity of the black market, there are large purchases of drugs before the holidays, and then where from January 3 there is a correction!

If you want to say the total numbers of transaction in cryptocurrecy used for crime, I think it is not small. Since 2013, Bitcoin was the best payment method for underground world. But until Monero and other anonymous altcoin released, Bitcoin does not the best crypto for crime in underground market.

Yes, many criminals use bitcoin for illegal purposes. But it is only a small part. At present, bitcoin contributes very important in our daily life. That is the real life completely. and use it as a useful payment method.

It is not surprising, if it is an upward trend and that comes from anonymity is obviously going to lend to do many illegal things. But in countries like Venezuela where there is a lot of inflation bitcoin would be a great business and much more because electric power is low in costs, it hurts that for now it is considered an illegal way to extract electricity that is really not relevant .

Use of bitcoin is to fulfill its human aim and not for crime, But bitcoin is also being used for crime.Crime is increasing due to increase in the price of bitcoin. Some hackers hack the computer's computer data to recover and ask them for bitcoin.
